I ordered 2 normal pizzas off the menu, nothing special. One was a cheese pizza with traditional crust the other was a thin crust sausage. The thin crust was almost burned on ether edges and bottom and the whole thing had that singed flavor. The cheese pizza crust expanded at the edges making all the cheese pool in the center of the pie. So imagine a slice of cheese pizza with 4 inches of crust and 3 inches of thick cheese. Is there no quality control when it exits the oven before they put it in a box?Had I been the one to pick up, I would have noticed at the counter and made them redo. Do better. There are lots of choices for pizza around.

Christie is the new manager and she took care of us from the moment we walked in and helped us with our menu selection while me and the kids sat there and waited extremely pleasant. Was very very good fresh and had a wonderful taste. They even have paper plates and napkins for you if you want to take them with at no charge. Great customer service, and just a joyful experience. I will definitely drop by here again next time in Lexington.

Once they finally found the order they said it just left the store. 45 minutes later we called to check again and they said it was was still at the store. After the manager argued with me and He said “ whatever “. I finally asked for a refund.

Stated didn't know it was locked. Pizza not ready. Today, placed order for pizza. Same deal. Doors locked. We had confirmation both times of pizza order on line. Knocked on doors for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Finally left at 10:25. Called and they offered no apology or explanation for no service. Stated would get a pizza ready. We declined. There will be no more orders from hour home.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food for my children, and I was satisfied with the service until I saw the food. The pizza looked like it'd been sitting under a warming light for hours. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was browned and ingredients were left out. Called only to get a refund for the salad because I didn't want the hassle for the pizza. The night manager (he says his name is "K") was not helpful and refused to give me info on how to get a refund. Do not order from this Lexington location!

Ordered the "Ultimate Magnifico" tonight. Regular crust, extra sauce, well done. It was probably the best pizza I have had in decades!!!!! Not greasy, right amount of sauce and toppings...even nicely sliced.Lexington SC Marco's - Thank you!
811pm promised time.. First delivery person arrived and was confused, did not have our pizza but allowed us to look thru others' pizzas in the car. WHAT??. That is not right at all. A second delivery arrived at 846pm with our pizza. Hope no one was allowed to open our pizza That is NOT acceptable.

The driver showed up and was confused...did not have our pizza. But allowed us to go thru other customers' pizzas in her car to find it. It was not there. I called the store and talked to the "manager' who said our pizza was with a second driver and would be there soon. Upsets me VERY MUCH that a stranger is allowed to go thru other customers' pizzas at the driver's car to find their pizza. Weird and unsanitary. What the heck. Our pizza finally arrived at 846pm. Late. Hope it wasn't opened by strangers?!

Tried several times to order from here after being in hold for a long time. The first time they told me they don't deliver to this location(down the street) and gave me the number to another store far away. That store said that the original store were the ones who deliver here. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on 3 times in a row. I just wanted to buy a good pizza for my coworker and I while we have no cars at work.
