I go to the mcdonald,right. I ordered a big mac meal I got my food and it was so perfect.my fries wasn't cold. Nothing was just throwed in the bag. I love it. there is is this girl Courtney she is a 100,000 out of 10 always has a good adtuide. So good job,you were the best worker there wish to see you again..

I have gone to this place many times before and they don’t miss in getting my order wrong! From missing hash browns to the wrong order altogether. I just don’t fancy this location at all and actually try to avoid coming here.

Traveling decided to stop, use RR and get a drink. Bathroom had no soap, ice machine barely worked and the other one was out of ice completely . Employees talking, then finally decided to help us. Man ordered coffee and they told him to wait to even take his money cause they has to brew some. Asked for a large to get unsweet tea. After finally getting some ice I filled my cup with the unsweet carafe. I left and didn't drink it until I was on the road again and it was sweet tea, not unsweet. Plus the large tea is over priced compared to back home. Just wait and go somewhere else.

Tried to cancel the order as I placed it at the wrong Augusta rd McDonald’s. Called to try and cancel it. Was on hold 20 minutes no one helped. Called back and now the phone was busy and off the hook. No one over here wants to help. So after 20 minutes I ended up driving 30 min away and still no one answered. While waiting 2 cars left that were right behind the car ordering because no one ever took any orders. We were sitting for over 15 minutes. Update 3 cars behind us just pulled out and left.

literally the rudest experience I've ever had at a drive through , before we even ordered the girl at the drive through had an attitude, and continued to have an attitude the whole time we were there , she needs a new job that doesn't involve customer service or people in general because she sucks at it. we were there 12-5-2023 at 11:41 am

Update: got talked into trying again for a happy meal on the way home. Got half way through my burger and thought it tasted funny. Got home and looked at it and it was raw meat. Picture included. This place should be closed.Gonna make some calls in the morning.Original: Waited at the drive thru speaker for over 7 minutes from the time I actually looked at the clock without a response. Several cars drove off and they only took one order from the other lane while I was waiting in silence. I finally had to leave too. at 530 on a Tuesday night they should be able to at least take an order. This location needs new management. They are always the worst one I stop at but the closest to my house for a happy meal. Do yourself a favor and go to the burger King across the street or the subway. You made my daughter sad tonight. Great job! I've said I wouldn't go back to this location before but I think this time I'm really done with you guys.
