Went through the drive-thru there was a smiley happy black girl that was working there absolutely beautiful spirit positive energy rained from her and pour it all over me it actually made my day go in a completely different way my day started off bad but because of her and it got much better .

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. The food is always a hit or miss. I swear half the staff can’t read, cause the orders are always wrong. If you don’t check it there, you will get home and realize it’s wrong. When you ask it to be corrected they look at you as if it’s your fault. Absolutely rude and lazy at that. Drive thru times are horrendous. This location is just a fail from the top to the bottom.

The fries were the perfect amount of salty. I’m thankful for that. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I waited way too long. The girl that took my money was kind, but the girl that handed me my food was very enthusiastic and made me smile.

My family ordered Mcdonald’s “through the McDonald’s app” containing 19 items, 2 was missing so we called the store to ask about it, and the manager was saying contact doordash because he thinks its them who took our food, but to us it was unlikely because everything was sealed when it got to us. Again he insist to contact DoorDash even though we ordered through the McDonald’s app and insist that they didn’t forget anything, even though they clearly did. Note this person also say that they were the manager, now I expect the manager to help us out and understand our situation, but no He kept insisting that there was no mistake. After a while we got fed up hearing the same thing over and over again we started raising our voice a little, but he also started yelling at us his back, and I don’t know about this, but I clearly doubt that anyone that actually owns a business would never yell back at their customers. Overall I would’ve like it if the manager would’ve willing to help us out instead of yelling at us back. I hope somebody do something about this because this is a small town and we do not need people like this to manage the only restaurant in town.

This location is an absolute disaster every time I come in. Been here for 5 minutes inside and have not received a single acknowledgement from the staff. Quite literally someone just walked by me by the counter without saying a word. The restaurant is filthy and it is severely understaffed.

When I order a large fry, I want a large fry and not a medium or half filled medium. The fries are good and plenty when I have the right size but this has happened enough times that I’m now ordering from a different McDonald’s. It’s annoying when you can’t drive and already pay a lot to have it
