Went in to pick up my order 3 minutes before it said it was to be ready. Girl at the counter confirmed. Stood there for 25 minutes and finally asked to speak to a manager. Manager said they make them as they are ordered. I tried to explain to her that my order said it was ready 20 minutes ago. The girl from the counter finally said that my pizza had to be renamed. I explained that letting someone know that instead of leaving me standing there would have been nice. The manager waved me off and walked away with no response. Such poor customer service. No wonder the dining room in there is always dead.

The Colombia ave pizza huts is great. Our pizza was made to order, hot, ready quickly tasted delicious. We had outstanding service. Great job.

Don’t bother with the hot honey they are advertising it ain’t nothing special. The pizza was good but nothing major. Don’t get the chicken.

It's an old pizza hut definitely needs updating. Foods and staff are always ok. Biggest complaint is the marinara sauce comes in a tiny container and they charge $0.75 for it which is insane.

Dined in. There was a person sleeping on the floor, under a table, in the corner. The fountain drink machine had no ice. Pizza was good, people were nice and friendly. I'm use to there being a roll of paper towels, crushed red pepper, and parmason cheese at the tables. There was none on any table.
My order was delivered very quickly, was exactly what I ordered, and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite! Will definitely order from this location again.
I don't normally say this but Angel if that was even her name, the manager needs to be fired. 1/12 6:00 pm. I have never seen a grown woman throw a temper tantrum over a pizza not being cooked. We asked for it to be done and she said she was too busy. Play back your cameras and watch this grown woman slam and snatch boxes. Throw a massive hissy fit because we wanted our money back because she was so "busy" she couldn't cook the pizza. And the little girl with the lip ring needs some training. You don't tell someone the manager can't come talk to you after storming off because she's "busy working". Pizza was suppose to be ready at 5:30. We didn't leave until after 6.

Made an online order for a simple pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and it said it wpuld be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes, said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited for my order for 50 minutes!

Placed an online order. Order stated pizza would be ready in 15 mins. I arrive only to find out an oven is broken and it will take an additional 45 min. before I get my order. I would have left, but I had already paid online for my order. The staff didn't offer any refund, discounts, or throw in something extra while I waited for my pizza to finish. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very outdated. Lighting was very dark and drab. Chairs were missing pieces which caused them to wobble and not sit secure.
