We have been regular customers for a long time originally starting out about once a week and slowly decreasing our visits as the portioning and food quality went down and the customer service disappeared. The most recent visit their soda machine was out of CO2 and they didn't tell anybody as they continued to sell drinks when we asked about it they said we'll check in a minute and then never checked when we followed up on it the young man finally told us oh we're out but we watched as they continued to sell drinks to customers and filled drinks for to-go orders even then they knew everything they were serving was flat. There was no concern for their customers no energy and no effort to make this a positive visit. It looks like we will find another place to eat

We went there with a family of 6, 4 kids, and we loved it! The food was freshly made and was absolutely amazing. The staff checked on us multiple times while we were sitting seeing if we needed anything. The place was very clean to include the bathrooms. We will definitely be going back.

Very kind service indeed and low prices, but the food is awful. The tortillas tasted like a mix of cardboard and plastic, they were warmed for like a second. The clerk had no idea about the types of tortillas (only two). The tacos are overloaded so you can't help making a baby-type mess, a mess particularly ugly because they add the beans in the tacos, as opposed to dropping them to the meal side as in real Mexican restaurants. The salsa added was cold, which colded the whole meal.If you are the type who highly rated this place you'd better stick to Tacobell, McDonald's or any other junk-industrial-food chain restaurant. If you want something decent, try finding the local San Jose, at least.

The older lady and man was rude. They give you one spoon full of rice,beans and meat in your bowl. If I'm paying almost 15.00 for a bowl with little to nothing in it,I will go somewhere else for that price. I will not be back and also the young lady at the register was really nice.

I have never eaten here before. I met some friends for lunch. I got a salad, it was in a shell. You choose what you want in it. The salad was very good. All of the food at the table looked good. It was fresh and hot. I will definitely be back.
As always a perfect experience with a catering order. On time. Food was fantastic. My team loves when we have Salsaritas do our catered meals.

We had Salsarita's catered for a graduation party. The delivery was early, which was great because everyone was starving. The food was delicious. Plenty of leftovers. The delivery person asked great questions, didn't assume that we wanted things a certain way and was courteous. All around great experience. We also had to change the time a week prior, no issues. When I called and confirmed the day prior, they were helpful and didn't act like it was a bother. That is always welcomed.
