I order a protein bowl quite often and this shop is by far the worst service of any subway I have ever ate at. Do not ask for pepper unless you want it to dominate the entire taste of your meal. I get the double meat and spend an average of $14 dollars and Everytime am judged about how I order what I pay for with snide remarks from the staff. And apparently the country has a lettuce shortage because there was none in my salad protein bowl. Disgusting people that will not get no more of my business.

I normally don't do reviews but this establishment deserves it. I have been visiting this location for months now. The employees know me and my husband's order and they start preparing it once they see our faces. They are friendly, always ready to make our meal and overall great energy. They already know that my order includes 2 warmed up cookies....last week I ordered online for the first time in this establishment and they recognized our order - KNEW who we were - and still warmed up my chocolate chip cookies. Talk about above and beyond. This is the only subway I go to because of their people and services. Employees here should get a raise - It's That Good ! ✨

I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, "Nothing we can do for you, you'll just have to wait." I told them to cancel it because I didn't have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don't bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.

this location is usually alright. employees always seem annoyed when they have to get off their phones to take orders but it’s not that big of a deal to me as long as i get served and my order is right which i’ve never had any issues with prior to tonight. the girl who took my order was clearly a newer employee and i’m always willing to be patient for newbies, however, it’s extremely frustrating when you have to repeat every answer to every single question at least once. i kept speaking louder, clearer, slower, and with more pronunciation and somehow she still couldn’t understand what i was saying after every question. she also didn’t understand what “make it a meal” meant even after i said 2 cookies and a fountain drink. she asked what size of drink, i answered, she still wanted me to repeat myself even tho we were literally 3ft apart and i knew she could hear me, so i got so annoyed with the incompetence that i just told her to forget the meal and just do the sandwich. she STILL asked me to repeat myself and tried to sell me the cookies after i very clearly annunciated that i only wanted the sandwich now. it must’ve been her very first shift cause idk why else she was so lost. she acted like she didn’t even know what BLACK PEPPER was!!! like seriously cmon. this location needs to do better.i don’t even want to just blame the girl, the managers of this location need to be training people properly before they are expected to do stuff on their own!!! mind you, it was just before 8pm on a saturday and NO ONE else was in the store. i shouldn’t have had to repeat everything so many times for something as simple as a sub. next time, i guess i need to yell my order at them?

This location has gone down hill. When you notice a worker there using plastic gloves touching cash but does not take those gloves off to put clean ones on to then reach over and touch the lettuce, tomatoes etc and continue to build your sandwich?? Plus the flat bread was stale. Never will I eat there again. Nasty! Previous owners made sure standards were high. These new owners need training.

Twice now have gone there during business hours to find it closed. Tonight, ordered through the app and got charged. Showed up to pick up food and store was closed. Nobody there to give a refund. Telephone call went to voice mailbox that did not work because it was not setup. I have had a terrible time at this location and likely will never return. Staff doesn't really seem to care. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would get. Totally unsatisfactory!

This visit with my wife was horrible, all these teens, piled up in the bathroom making a scene, bringing in bb guns. the staff, said not one word for them to leave. i’d recommend not to come here if your looking for some peace and quiet

We just had lunch at this location. As soon as we walked in the employee named Hannah says" our dinning area will be closed at 4:30 because we close at 6:00" As she made our subs another employee "Tyler "was asking her questions. She was extremely rude to him and us. While we ate someone else came in to order and they were met wuth the same rudeness. I asked for a manager and was told this store does not have one. I could call head office. Then there was another employee in the back screaming as if she was fighting with someone. After reading the rest of these reviews it is obvious nothing will be done about the poor customer service at this location. It seems this is an ongoing problem.

Went in to order food a young man by the name of Tyler was cleaning the lobby (sweeping mopping removing trash that other customers left) He put the broom and dust pan down and came behind the counter to make my food!! I then asked him would he please wash his hands before making my food and he said No! He’s not washing his hands there’s no germs on the broom or dust pan. I asked him to please wash his hands if I were preparing food for him I would wash my hands before serving him especially after cleaning. Tyler the told me again he’s not washing his hands ? Subway management do better with your training...this is truly out of order. If your employees are not practicing proper sanitation in front of you imagine what there doing when not watched. Call in to go is definitely not the way!

Efficient franchise with friendly staff. Nice to have inside dining available. Clean and sanitary dining area. And ?up for clean restrooms. Ordering and paying on the Subway app is not complicated to use. Superb freshly brewed sweet tea!

Customer service was good, but I got 2 Subway melts and they were extremely soggy and the 2 halves literally molded together with the ingredients all over the bag. Did not taste good.I've never had this experience when ordering a Subway Melt before.
