The older lady working today made us want to walk out and go somewhere else. She is lazy and rude. The young girl is really kind but needs help and the older lady was too concerned with stocking and not the line of customers waiting for over 20 minutes.

Set in line waiting to get a sandwich made while I was here and the subway employee was over at the register complaining about somebody for more than 5 minutes before I decided to grab a candy bar instead. I said something about it to all three of the employees and they had nothing to say other than have a nice day. Service is what you are being paid for yet you sit there and complain to each other rather than helping a customer! Friday 10/20 at 2:30 pm was the time I was in the store so check cameras and make adjustments.

Good Subway and pitt shop. The guy who is taking care of the orders is friendly. I took a cup of fresh Costa coffee. They have a number of coffee machines. Got tuna footlong with prov cheese and all toppings. Their wash room needs to be cleaned in a better way. Its a busy shop so I cannot blame them.
