If you pay an EXTRA $3 for extra meat on your online order, they will NEVER give you extra meat. If you ask for "no cheese" on your online order, it's 50/50 if they completely ignore your request. I'm lactose intolerant.After the first 5 times that they messed up my order, even then, I was reluctant to leave a bad review. However, 6 times now? Are you actually kidding? Either they can't read, or they're incompetent.I'm sure there's a few competent workers there who do try their best, but I sincerely advise that nobody waste their money here until management gets it together.

Ordered a sub and they charge $3.00 for extra meat and wanted me to bring the sub back so they can take a look at it before refunding my money. I explained I don’t live close to the store to return back almost 7:00 at night. I will never return to this place again. Enjoy those $3.00.

Owner? Employee made my sandwich and when he tried to bag it up, he dropped it. I don't want food that was on floor. When I told him I don't want that one. He gave me A BIG attitude when making me a second one. Then when he was bagging that one up, he threw the one he dropped across the counter! It wasn't my fault he dropped it. He was rude!! And I won't be back.

Went in for one foot long and one wrap sandwich. Interaction with employee (Owner?) was good at the beginning. He made my sandwiches with no issues. Then he dropped my wrap sandwich on the floor (it was already wrapped up) when he tried to put them in a bag. I said I don't want that. I am not eating food off the floor (wrapped or not)! I still have to unwrap the wrap and touch the wrapping that was on the floor and then eat my wrap with the same hands that touched that. When I told him I didn't want the one he dropped. He gave me a BIG attitude as he made my second wrap. Then when he was bagging up that one, he took the one he dropped and literally throw it across the counter behind him. He wasn't my fault he dropped it. Another customer was in line and witnessed the whole thing. He was rude and that is uncalled for, Accidents happen but don't assume your customers want food that was dropped on the floor!!!

First time back inside since the remodel. Nice layout with more seating. Owner and staff are very pleasant. New menu looks great. Plan to revisit frequently.
