The manager needs to be fired!! If they can't manage to make sure the store has enough change to make it through the day, then instead of asking the customer if they wanted to round up, the store should automatically round down to the next dollar. It's not the customer's responsibility to bring exact change.

I went through the drive threw, I go to this location for lunch often. The last few times I started getting one or two hot sauces. I asked the lady, why when I said a lot of hot sauce that I am only getting so few. She said it's taco bell policy. I said since when, I go to other taco bells and they are not as greedy. The manager got rude with me and started cussing, saying it's customers like me that caused them to limit the sauce packs. In that I replied, well if your food tasted better, I wouldn't need so many. This only angered the ghetto queen even more, with her ranting like a child, and using profane words. I left the location, and called Taco Bell corporate and they said that is not their policy. This is only due to the greed of the establishment.

The food here is an overpriced joke. I have ordered Taco's and received 1 teaspoon of meat and 1 of cheese. The workers are rude and could care less about your overpriced food. The workers do not care especially the African American manager if she is in charge? They make everything with as little food as possible. The local high school students tell me to stay away from this place. I will never eat there again. The place is clean but that's about it. Had it with this Taco Bell.

I offered to pay for it and she just replied with more snarky comments. Please work on customer service as this is beyond uncalled for.
