Absolutely horrible. First I didn't everything I order. Then the order I did have was wrong. The shells were dry and barely edible. The worse by far. I'll never go by there again.

Ordered two CRISPY cantina tacos……I got two soft tacos……Crispy is hard to understand apparently. Now I’m not good at a lot of things, but I know what Crispy means. I got shanghaied!

My order and food was screwed up so badly I don't even want to call or go back about it. Anything that could've been wrong was wrong.Chips and cinnamon twists both put in my bag upside down and fully spilled out. Cinnamon twists had zero cinnamon and sugar on them, they're not very good plain. Both the nacho cheese and spicy ranch were less than half full. Both of my chalupa shells were under cooked and fairly hard. One of my burritos was almost exclusively rice with nothing else in it, and the rice was undercooked and really hard(almost break a tooth hard). A different burrito had broken open and wasn't wrapped correctly, every wrapper but 1 had sour cream and sauce on the outside of it.Oh, and the 1 thing I was excited for bc it was new, the chicken empanada, wasn't even in the bag at all. So I didn't even get to try it.In the future I will totally drive 20 minutes out of my way to make sure I never have to go back here again.
Terrible service. They never made my mobile order and blamed me for not telling them I was here. The point of a mobile order is to save time and it be ready when I arrive. The people at the counter are rude. Employee was outside smoking and returned to "work" without washing her hands. They told me I have to call customer service for a refund. I called customer service and they hung up.
Honestly, the food was good. They got all the things I wanted on my lil taco right. But the bathroom smelled like straight piss. The smell hit me like mike tyson in his prime as soon as i opened the

Walked in two people standing behind the counter doing Nothing. Refused to take my order. Said you have to use the kiosk. Asked why they couldn't take my order, was told it wasn't their job. I asked if they wanted the store to make any money, they said it didn't matter,they get paid anyway. Sorry if you can't take my order,I'm not doing their work for them. I will never use a kiosk to order my own food in any restaurant.
