My husband went to pick up our order. He was told there was no record of it in the system. He came back home upset. I sent all the order details to his phone with pics to confirm everything. I also sent where the amount was taken out of my bank acct. He went back with all this info. They had the order sitting there ready. It was ice cold. It had been there the entire time. Needless to say, we ate cold food. We are very unhappy with the experience!!!

You never get a receipt, you always have to pull up even if you’re the only one in line and I have waited up to 5 minutes for my food. When asked why I am told to make our numbers look good. The short black lady at the window is very rude when you ask her a question.

My potatoes wedges were soaked with grease as if it has been fried more than once and that lady in the morning is so rude I can’t believe they let her operate that store. Unbelievable!!!!!!! It took all of to not throw my drink in her face !

Worst fast-food experience I've ever had. Would give it zero stars if I could. Rude employees, if they spoke at all ( the one who finally brought my food out after a 10-minute wait just shoved the bag in my hand without a word. Ordered Sausage and Egg Biscuit, got bacon and cheese on a Hamburger bun. And of course, they're not answering their phone for me to even ask for a manager/owner. Stay away from this Wendy's!

Most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever been in . Ordered food and went to the drink station . At that time started noticing how nasty the place was and decided to just set our bags on the counter and we politely told the worker that they need to clean this place up . It was so bad I felt it needed to be said to anyone planning to eat there.
