I ordered in advance using the app and was told on app it was building and would be ready when I arrived. Employee was unaware of order on my arrival until she looked it up. App ordering to save time is useless. Also app has no way to dispute failed orders or refund when order is handled improperly. Locking exit doors during business hours also seems a fire hazard. Won't be back to this store anytime soon.
Please bring back the honey mustard sauce. Whatever sauce you're. Running As of now. Taste like garbage bring back the old one and put the new 1 on something else. You will lose lots of customers for this.

We placed an online order at Subway and when we went in to pick it up, the employee (no name tag but said her name was Ysiri) said the order did not come through.
