Went through the drive through, ordered basic things (some nuggets for my friend and a burger, simple stuff). We get told to pull forward to wait, already not a great sign but whatever. It happens. After sitting there for about 10 minutes and watching 6 other people get their orders, and 2 other people just leave the drive through without receiving anything, I walked in to check on my order. Found someone who was waiting in there for 30 minutes on bacon. A doordasher who was waiting on a McGrittle for God knows how long, and nobody was willing to give us a straight answer on what was going on. So after 5 more minutes, I just leave. We get our order shortly before we're about to pull away, and it's cold. This means it must've just been sitting there the whole time. I don't care about any apologies or deflections that are sure to come on this review, this McDonald's has the worst service I have ever seen, and I've been to Sumter. Get it together y'all.

The best way to know how good a McDonald's is how long it takes to get diarrhea. This place was instant diarrhea which is the ultimate compliment to a McDonald's. I'll return!!

This was the worst McDonald's ever! The service was so slow that the wait was as long as 20 minutes for a simple order. I don't think I will go back to that McDonald's.

Went on a Sunday morning the restaurant was empty. Ordered on the kiosk and the card machine didn't even work. No big deal just wait for one of the workers to come to the register. Waited 15 minutes as a line began to form before a worker finally came just for me to pay. Would recommend having a worker only for the front as it seems the drive thru is the only priority even tho there was no business thru the drive thru at the time. A very long wait for some below average food.

There is usually a 20 min wait in the line because they never have the other lane open. Even when it's slow and hardly anyone is in line, they won't take your order unless there is nobody in front of you. So if someone is at the window waiting. Your oder won't be

I ordered dinner for my family on the app and paid for it and got a confirmation of the order and the order #. I went to the restaurant to pick it up and when I got there the door was locked and when an employee came to the door I showed him my phone with the pick up order number and he said they were closed and he couldn’t help me. I asked what to do since I already paid and he said I guess you need to request a refund. When I asked him how you do that on the app he said he didn’t know and closed the door. I got in my truck and tried to figure it out to no avail. As I was sitting in the parking lot I saw 3 people knock on the door and he brought them out pick up orders. I asked one of them how they got their food and they said they ordered curbside. So, why couldn’t the employee get my order number and switch my order to a curbside order? Why can’t they help do a refund? Why can’t this restaurant function with some type of customer service or just a little bit of common sense? Sadly this is the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Good luck if you choose to eat here.

Placed my order. On my order was a strawberry and chocolate shake. I was hand my shakes and told to pull up. I waited 15 minutes for my food to show up and at that time I let the person know that I ordered a strawberry and Chocolate shake and what I had was a vanilla shake. They went back in to check and said strawberry was not working. This is something you should tell your coustomer especially if they don't drink vanilla. By the time I got my food it was cold and they fries that I really wanted went in the trash. Not a good experience and I spent 36 bucks for it all. Probably won't go back to that one. The bad thing is thet weren't even busy.
