I was visiting the area and accidentally ordered carry out from a neighboring towns store and couldn’t come get it. The young man who answered the phone when I called to tell them I would not be able to pick it up offered to bring it to my hotel after his shift because although it was outside the delivery area, it was on his way home. That is the kind of service that should be rewarded. It’s also the type of human the world needs more of, and the pizza delivered was also delicious. I was not able to add a tip to my credit card because dominos no longer does this at the time of handoff? I’m very disappointed by this. The kindness he showed was more profoundly timed than he could ever know. An experience that creates loyalty to your company whether you like pizza or not. Thanks again to this young man whose name I was too exhausted to remember.

Horrible!!!Out of town, placed order for delivery had phone next to me. When I called an hour later they informed me that they called that they could not deliver…never got a call!! Horrible customer service!!!!

We drive from DC to Florida once a month and always spend the nite in Manning. We also order a Domino's large extravaganza pizza. When I track it I wonder if Charlye is the only person working there but our pizza is always prepared, baked, quality checked by Charlye. Order is always correct, hot and most of the time, timely. If you spend a travel nite in Manning, we and our dog recommend this Domino's

My local store, in Manning, SC, delivered a cold pizza. When I called to complain, the manager tried to argue with me. Then put me on hold and walked away. When I went to the store, he doubled down on the rudeness. Not one apology from him or anyone at the store. I will dumpster dive for food before I'll ever order from any Domino's for the rest of my life. I'm not sure how you're still in business. I hope they go out of business very soon so I don't even have to see the name Domino's again!!! Avoid this place at all costs. I almost forget, when I said I'd contact corporate, he said, good!!
New management has been outstanding. They get to know locals and always make you feel appreciated as a customer. Pizza is always hot and fresh and just the way I want it.

So we placed an order at 5:04pm. At 6:34 there was someone reversing and driving forward into my front bush so I walk outside and the car sped off. I called my husband who was about to head to Dominos to find out where our order was but was able to get behind this car and get the tag number. He then went to the store and the girl working the counter was extremely RUDE, & said our pizza wasn’t there and out for delivery. He came back home & still no pizza. 7:45pm he goes back to the store where he talks to the manager and explained almost 3h later we have no pizza and the girl was rude which he stated was his (the manager’s) daughter. Then stated he did come to deliver the pizza but lights were off…umm no all my lights are on. My husband saw the car!!! The manager drove into my bush & NEVER attempted to deliver the pizza despite me coming outside!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! Do better Domino’s!

Tonight I ordered a pizza I was messaged at 9:57 saying that it was on the way I do not live far from Domino’s I did not receive it until 1035 it was cold the cheese was cold it wasn’t cut at all the man that delivered it was driving the white crown Vic and spotlight of my house I already have four floodlights on the front of my house you can see my house plain as day then whenever I called and complained they sent another one out it was still wrong and the female that brought the pizza up here that time was rude it’s an ongoing problem constantly
