Worst Subway visit. They mixed up all of the subs. Imagine my surprise when I open my sweet teriyaki sub to find tuna on it, and my wife had sweet teriyaki sauce on her tuna. No one will pick up the phone at the store or the store owner (who says on every receipt, if it isn’t right I’ll make it right).When we got to the store to get the order corrected, the young men working the counter were too busy on their phones to even greet my wife as she came up to the counter. She had to tell them to turn off their phones to provide service.They clearly didn’t know how to make the subs on the menu bc they still tried to tell us our food was correct. My wife had them remake each sandwich, and had to walk them through each sandwich bc they almost messed up the order yet again.Maybe the owner should hire people who know how to make a sub instead of family.We used to eat at this location at least once a week, and we won’t be eating at this garbage heap again.

This subway has always been nice. But today i had a bad experience. I ordered salad and then black lady behind the counter asked me what veggies i wanted, i told her this and this and this , and then at last she had the audacity to tell me " why just you didn't say you wanted all of it" like what? You just cannot say something like this to a customer. Horrible. + she didn't even say hi or anything like that, was just standing there waiting for me to speak. I just expected some good service if not best. Sad

The black woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my existence and instead called on the black couple standing behind me and asked them what they wanted. This woman physically made some other woman from in the office, whom was busy and wasn't even trained (she kept asking what she was supposed to do, etc), to come deal with me despite me being the first one in line. This meant that the couple standing behind me had to physically wait for easily 10 minutes for this other woman to get done making 2 footlongs before they could even move forward. Customer service skills were absolutely trash and this woman should be ashamed of herself and her ignorance.

Bread was old. I have eaten subway for over 15 years and today, today the bread was tough, and seemed like it was 3 days old sitting out on the counter. I'm furious!

Would definitely return here! That's if I am nearby. The place was very clean. The food delicious! I could live on Subways meatball hero's. The staff was welcoming and professional as well as clean. They impressed me greatly because after each sandwich they changed their gloves! I went somewhere else in Brooklyn NY the other day and the cook went to the bathroom with his work gloves on and left the bathroom with the same gloves on! Needless to say I will never brighten their door again! But I digress. This subways is the cleanest and best manned one I have ever been to! And I love subways. The staff even had on masks. A+++ to them five stars to the staff in this restaurant is not enough!

Pricey for a 6" sub nowadays...a bit skimpy on the meat, but do love the veggie optionsVegetarian options: Lots of veggie options!

Purchased a 6 inch sub. It was ok.Parking: Located next to Walmart ,so no shortage of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not an issue.
