Management really needs to do something about all the teenagers at pile up in there and have no respect for other customers that are coming in trying to order their food with the language coming out of these kids mouths.

For the most part the service is great and they are fairly quick, but every now and then there's a bit of a wait at night if they don't have many workers. The food also could be a little bit more presentable but then again, it's Taco Bell, not fine dining ?

The place was dirty inside and service was both bad and ok. I was 1st to order over 3 others yet last to get my food or drinks. The food was made incorrectly and I asked for help. The line cook acknowledges me but ignored me. Waited for another employee to offer help. The food was remade and an apology offered. So some employees cared and others not so much.

Employees here..have No customer service ( unless they know you).. they don't acknowledge you when you walk in ( just stand around and look at you like you came in with a disease) They stand around each other..talking amongst themselves and taking thier time making food..don't mention the wait time ( even when thier not busy) ...they don't get in a hurry for no reason..can't tell the manager cos she acts the same ( corp would be the best bet. ) highly disappointed in this location...never seen it ran this way!

On August 18th, 2023 myself along with 4 or 5 other cars waited in line. I pulled up at 10:47 and other cars were waiting prior literally just sitting there. I was across the street at wal mart and had been watching so I know they waited a while but I’m not “that customer” so I just waited patiently as well after pulling up at 10:47 even though I saw them sitting before I got there officially in line. I was the last car. I made it to the order box at 11:05 just to be told they weren’t taking any more orders. All I wanted was a baha blast.If you want to eat here don’t show up after 10 pm because you’ll just sit there and waist your time. I understand folks are ready to get off work but it’s insensitive to customers to just sit there like that and not take orders until 10:55 pm when we’ve been waiting prior to that. I’ve worked as a waitress so I know how irritating it is when customers arrive close to closing but it’s the industry we’re in! Just put a sign out there to let customers know that you aren’t taking orders after 10:30 if that’s how y’all feel.Also, On the website it says closes at 12am…
