Was looking for a place to eat soul food. Found Food With Phyllis. We tried the fried whiting, fried shrimp, crab rice and seafood salad. If you can find better in the area, let me know.
The food and ambiance exceeded my expectations! That was the first review. I was not impressed tonight. My macaroni was cold. Not warmed up good. Just average on my revisit. 3 ? tonight.
