Every time I have placed a mobile order it is accepted by the store then cancelled after 20 minutes of accepting. When I have gone in to order food they don’t put all of it in the bag and when you tell them things are missing they get mad and rude with you. I know it’s the only one in town but please drive the extra 15 minutes to the one in goose creek or Summerville because this place is awful they don’t deserve anyones business

McDonald’s don’t even recognize your existence when you are at the counter. I ordered from the kiosk and cashless payment was not available at the time so I take my receipt to the counter which has happened on several different visits and employees don’t even look that way including the managers. I waited for several minutes and left my ticket laying on the counter and went to Hardee’s.

One star is too many. This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. Employees are rude. I was asked to pull up for two iced coffees that took more than 15 minutes. My food got cold in the meantime and my baby was miserable and screaming. These drive thru crew is USELESS!!

Paid 25 dollars for 2 sausage biscuits and 2 sausage burritos. All use to be on the dollar menu. Once you wait forever in line you better check your order because most likely it's not correct.

The one good thing I will say upfront is that my food was hot and fresh once I actually received it....My first problem was the cashier. I paid $29.50 for three breakfast combos. I gave her $30.00 as I waited on my $.50 change for an additional 2 minutes she then opens the window and said to me" oh it was only $.50 cents and I closed my drawer...." really only .50 cent then give me .50 cents out of your pocket. I can careless about .50 cents. So now it's OK to take people's change? No it's not..if it's a penny it's still my penny!! Secondly I get to the next window she opens the window and said" go park at #6 oh you can't backup go around the building and come pack to spot 6..." really. Were is the coursety and customer service?I then waited in spot 6 for an additional 10-12 minutes for my food.Not cool....

Incredibly slow and incompetent employees do not bother going to this restaurant unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait for your food whether you're in the lobby or the drive-thru this is the absolute worst McDonald's in all of South Carolina and whoever thought up the double drive-thru design should be fired

Waited in the drive thru with 6 cars ahead of me. After we all paid they made us all park in the parking spaces next to the drive thru until our food was ready!! How long does it take to slap a cheeseburger together?
