Update: Their phone line started working this afternoon. Said they were there all day so I don’t know why corporate couldn’t get through either this morning. The man in charge says there have been issues with the order head orders. So if you call directly and speak to them to make an order hopefully it won’t be a problem. When I spoke to him, he apologized and refunded my account. Which I was thankful for.Ordered pizza never arrived. Called corporate number they couldn’t get in touch with them either. Charge never canceled from my card. Beyond frustrated

Ask if Ms. Sharon is working. She is the absolute bestest. Not only is she making sure your food is hot when delivering, she is also delivering all of your requested items. I absolutely love her. The team that worked on 11/18/23 did an amazing job on making sure our food was fresh and unbelievably delicious. Even though they were obviously understaffed (only 3-4 team members), they were punctual and hospitable while serving the Moncks Corner community on a Saturday night. If there should be a time and you do have an issue with your order and just contact them and they will accommodate your needs. This is one of the hardest working teams that I've seen since the pandemic.

Order a pizza from Jessie at 11:15 pm on Friday 11/17 and it’s now 1:55am on 11/18 and no delivery no communication NOTHING! They charged my card 27.00 and some chance…. I work in the service industry and I understand when it busy or you don’t have time to fill orders before close… BUT HEY SAY SOMETHING! Thanks! Good Job Papa!

Called in my order was placed on hold several times the employee was very rude and didn’t have a idea how to place my order she had to get help it was an extremely long process to place an order just. For a pizza. Then I go to pick up the pizza Had to to say my order several times for the team member to understand. Every one was just rude. This will be the last time I place an order from this location. Also the pizza was warm not hot.

I have tried to use their website on two separate occasions and neither time it has worked. Both times I have had to physically drive to the store and put my order in with the cashier. This last time was particularly frustrating. Before I placed my order I told the girl at the counter that the website was still not working and she basically shrugged her shoulders and really didn't give me an answer or seem to care. I placed my order with her and you could tell she really didn't know what she was doing and frustrated, but she never bothered to ask for help from her fellow co-workers. When she finished, she told me the total, and I asked her if she was sure she had my order right, and physically showed her the order I had wrote down on my paper, and she said yes. The reason I questioned it was because there was over a $12 price difference in the order I tried to placed on line and the order I placed in the store. When I questioned her about this she said that the website doesn't give you the discounts like they do when you place your order in the store. So, I went ahead and paid for my order. I tried to look at my receipt to make sure she had my order right but nothing item wise was listed. Just my total and showing that I had paid it. She told me 20 minutes so I went out and sat in my car. I came in at 18 minutes after I had placed my order and had to wait a couple of minutes because there were a couple of people in front of me. She seen me and handed me 2 boxes. I said ma'am there is something missing. She said oh sorry I forgot to put the order in for the garlic knots, hence the big price difference. I angerly, took the boxes and left. I should have checked the order. When I got home, I discovered she had messed up my pizza as well. It was supposed to be half cheese, half veggie pizza. Instead it was all veggie pizza. The food was cold by the time I got home, which I only live 5 minutes away, which means it had been done awhile, and they hadn't bothered to keep it where it would stay warm. I can only say this because I have had experience working in pizza shops for a couple of years. My suggestion. Find another pizza shop to spend your hard earned money.

They could have at least put the topping I paid for on the pizza. How can you make a super Hawaiian without the pineapples? Very dissatisfied.
