I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and take my order a number of employees walked by and ignored . 1 teenager who was visiting someone there even yelled out that they had a customer and they told him to shut up and still nobody came to help ..then a employee who was not yet on shift came up amd said let her go change her clothes and then she would help me ..I left at that point..worse service ever ..

Very aggravated. Waited in line for 30 min for two tacos. When I got to the window the girl was counting the drawer at least 6 different times and never even said anything to me and just kept looking at me. My food was obviously cold bc it sat the whole time he messed with the drawer. I understand shift changes but 6 times? Maybe 2 or 3 but dang man. I usually don’t have this bad of an experience but this was ridiculous. I never have to return food but I literally could not eat them bc they were cold. I’ve never in my life experienced this bad of service in a drive thru. I’m honestly scared to eat it bc I had to complain about it being cold.

Scammed me out of $20. I ordered on the app for the first time to come pick it up, app said it was ready so I head on over, the store was completely closed on a Monday at noon. Any attempts to call the store the next day were futile, so I now have to go spend 30 minutes of my time going to the store just to get $20 back.

Food was delicious. All items including napkins in the bag. Downside is dining room was closed. Also, I had to keep repeating my order through drive thru. The order taker wasn't listening or distracted and kept asking me to repeat and hearing incorrectly. They were out of my desired drink, Baja Blast.

Moncks corner Taco Bell is Absolutely TERRIBLE! Place smelled like a marijuana packing facility. Food was not what I ordered(minus Crunchwrap supreme, cheesy fiesta potatoes, Mexican pizza) & was cold from the staff keeping it by the drive through window while I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting, even after I told them I was there for an online order. When I asked about the rest of my order I Was told that they were out of the Mexican pizzas & I could not get a refund, but could wait for the rest of my order if I wanted to. Amazed at how times have changed one of my favorite go to spots for a decent quick snack/meal into a dump. We will not be ever returning to this location.

No matter what the problem is it's the customer fault. If they dont have the item thats listed on the menu its your fault. You ask for your money back. They will tell you to eat something else or You will have to wait 30 mins. So they can handle traffic at the window. The Drive through is only for giving suggestions of what you would like to eat. At the window they give you a bag of what they think you should eat, not what you ordered. Stay away untill they wipe clean the staff. Its taco bell you shouldnt expect much.

My order was very basic, 5 crunchy tacos. 2 had no lettuce or cheese. I can understand that mistakes happen, but I was very friendly, and the workers would not even speak to me. This was before I seen my food. Terrible attitudes... WIsh I could leave 0 stars
