I went in to pick up an order that was made through Doordash for pickup that was stated to be completed between 11:25am -1130am. I arrived at at approximately 11:35am and showed the screenshot of the order.They said that they gave the order to someone else that showed up 15mins early whom obviously didn't show proof order then stated that on their end it was checked off on the screen, but suggested me to call and cancel the order so a refund could be given by Doordash.Doordash was called and the order was still open so, I told them that a refund was not going to be given.The so-called manager got upset about giving a receipt for a new order for food they freely gave away and and stared in a harsh voice "I don't know why people don't just come an order their food."Now, after the first 15-20mins. Instead of them making it over right away, I stood there as a line of people came in for lunch and watched them order, pay and receive their food.The last lady in line said "I think y'all should fix his food first because he's been waiting for 30mins now!" I said "this doesn't make sense" the acting manager, who stayed in drive-thru the entire time since giving me the receipt had the audacity to say "I very been nice to you the entire time." The started cussing at me because I raised my voice so, I started cussing back out.She's very inappropriate for the position of management and company in any shape and form and I say that because I've been there a few weeks ago for some one else, I said good morning to the couple that was there and she along with the never responded back and after two-three minutes I walked out because obviously they had other things to do other than customer service.

Used to work at this store it was ok until management started being lazy and didn’t want to do what a manager supposed to do manage their employees and properly train them. When I was asked to do a position i was never trained on they were rude when asking and when I was given the option to do that position or go home I went home. The district manager (Amy Magwood)comes in a week after that incident, approached me unprofessionally and antagonized me on my way out If anyone needs a job I would not recommend this store your better off going to another Wendy’s than this one or better yet get a job that’s worth it…..overworked to be underpaid.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Very rude and super slow. Always “out” of stuff. Don’t waste your time. There isn’t too much to eat in Moncks corner but anything’s better than here.

Awful !!!!The worst Wendy's I've ever been too I love Wendy's, but this one is awful. I always try to be considered of the comment's I posted, but this Wendy's deserves the worst Wendy's eve. Pleasee do better and I will not be coming back to this Wendy'

Fries were good, food was fine. Please cooks read the order, paid for a bacon cheeseburger with no bacon, and a cheeseburger add mayo and lettuce with no mayo and lettuce. The sweet tea was unsweetened.

Look, people there seem chill. WAY to chill. Soo slow. Don't care about their job. Talk while working. Didn't matter how busy it was. Never once rushed. No hair nets. No gloves. Manger don't ride/push them to move faster. They need new workers. New management. Something! Wasn't just one time either. Dang near everyday.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. 4 times and every time is horrible! One time I sat in the drive thru for 1 hour! An entire hour!!! Just for them to mess up my order the guy at the window was extremely rude. Then I order pick up through door dash and I get there and just don’t have my order. Gone. Then wouldn’t make my order even though I showed it was paid. So I had to re pay for my food again. I would rather drive an hour to a Wendy’s I know is good then go back to this one. Will never be returning
