Usually this restaurant does me good. But today I pulled up to the drive through at 5:21 all the lights were off and the sign that the store was closed. Who ever owns this branch needs to manage it better. If you wake up and say “ I want some Bojangles” don’t be surprised if they’re not open at the designated time.

You can’t even buy anything besides fried items over an hour before closing because they clean their grill that early. Ridiculous. Straight lazy staff. Not the first time this happened
The food was ok, the customer service was nonexistent, and the lobby was a mess... no trash cans, no lids for cups.

I feel bad for whoever comes to eat here. Constantly understaffed, lobby closed on the weekends. I would drive to any other store. Whoever owns this business should sell the franchise to someone who cares about running a business, as you're in a prime spot. What a waste.
