My husband and I were in SC for the Charleston Open and were delighted to find Cava not far from our hotel. Marcus and Jeanie were terrific ensuring we were pleased with our food selections despite arriving within 30 minutes of closing. We appreciate the fresh food combined with terrific service.

Cava has been a favorite for many years but this location in particular is consistently disappointing. Nothing negative to say about the food but they are always “out” of at least one thing. Sometimes the employees will “find” more of the item if they look in the back or ask the kitchen but that’s only if they are willing to go the extra mile. The employees seem miserable and move with zero urgency no matter how long the line. The dips and toppings stations are always a mess, which doesn’t make the customer feel great about kitchen cleanliness. I’d love to see this place held to a higher standard.
