Great home made bagels, boiled or not they are good , tons of options , fast service ,decent pricesEdit: still love this place but $10-11 for a sausage egg and cheese is disappointing, still great bagels.

The teens working the counter were very nice and pleasant but I paid over 10 dollars for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich which was pathetic looking. Literally half an egg(not an eggsageration ;), one half dollar size sausage patty and some cheese. For what I spent on that sandwich I had to say something. when the the older lady manager came over she was extremely unfriendly and and I explained that I paid alot money for this sandwich and you couldn't even see any egg on it. And she looked at Me like I'm crazy for being upset that my bagel sandwich had almost no food on it for over 10 dollars. Then she said "so what do you want?". Then the teen girl working there explained to her I would like some egg on my sausage egg and cheese....so they did add more egg. I wouldn't go back simply because the manager clearly thought that sandwich was acceptable for prices they charge and because of her demeanor towards me. I used to go there often for years but in the past year or so it has changed. It's almost like she trying to lose customers. I wouldn't of even left a review and just not gone there anymore if the manager seemed even the littlest bit apologetic for ripping me off. But clearly the lack of amount of food on there wasn't a fluke and is standard practice for what you get there.

All around this place is trash. The manager is the rudest person alive. So many better bagel places in town.

Guy at the register was so kind and served us to the best of his ability. The girl at the grill, however, was extremely rude. We came in at 12:40 not knowing that they close at 1pm. And she threw a fit at the fact that we walked in and wanted to order a bagel. She told the guy at the register that she wouldn’t make it and she just had the worst attitude about it. I’ve worked food and bev in the past and this is not how you talk especially in front of your customers, she made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I understand that she didn’t want to make it 20 minutes before close but her attitude was uncalled for. Truly makes me not ever want to step foot in this place again.

I'm mixed on this place. I think the food could be good, but the help really struggles. The guy on the cash register taking the order couldn't get the machine to work, then our order didn't come out timely, and yes, as you might have guessed, the food was wrong. Pitched the food and left, too much time wasted when there are lots of places to get a bagel .

This was probably the worst bagel/coffee shop experience I’ve ever had. The two girls at the front were very rude and neither knew how to make lattes. We ordered our food ahead and then it took 35 minutes to get our four coffees. We were the only ones in there. The main girl was texting the whole time. This was a horrible experience.

Don’t get an espresso drink!!! They don’t know how to do it. My latte was not warm because they didn’t steam the milk. We ordered two med drinks and it took 15 minutes after we got our bagels.

I love their bagels. I went to store at 10:00 this morning to purchase a dozen bagels. They had almost no bagels left. I asked the register person about the 4 everything bagels in the basket and she replied “ I just sold those online “. She was quite rude. They were not making any more. How can a bagel shop be out of bagels an hour before lunch and 3 hours before closing? I left without anything.

It’s very weird (and nauseating) to taste onion in your cinnamon raisin bagel… don’t think I’ll be back.

The worst bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had for over $10. The people are rude especially the older lady who argued over the nasty iced latte that was literally milk with a ton of caramel. Learn customer service. Super slow for horrible food such a waste of money and will never come back here again. I hope it closes down. Took over 40 minutes for terrible food. I want a refund.

Used to be fantastic up until this year. They must have hired some new staff and now I can’t go here without them getting pretty much everything wrong with the order. Also all of a sudden they started defaulting to cheddar cheese on bagel sandwiches when they used to do American like every other bagel shop.
