I usually go to this location two to three times a month. When I ordered last month my bread was burnt from having been toasted so long. I couldn’t enjoy my lunch. I reached out to higher management explaining what had happened and they said the store GM would contact me. When he did, I explained the appearance and taste to him. He then proceeded with saying “ you know what I’m not going to sit here and argue with you “. I looked at the phone in disbelief , me knowing that a customer is always right. He later suggested I can visit the store when it’s convenient for a free sandwich. At this point I won’t return to this location!

I absolutely love this restaurant. It is the best chicken salad, perfect for my life on the go. I'm here at least once a week and I've always had a pleasant experience. However, today, not so much. The girl working the register in the blue t shirt was the. most rude, unhappy person I've encountered here. She wouldn't even acknowledge you, speak to you and she barely listened, which is why I assume my order was wrong. When I reminded her I ordered a tea, she rolled her eyes and rudely handed the cup over to me. The very nice lady working along side her had to step in and help bc she was witnessing the horrible treatment from this girl. I don't know if she's having a bad day or what, but they may want to place her in a position where she isn't dealing directly with customers, or you won't have many left.

I want to start by saying that I ordered this as lunch through DoorDash. I had never eaten here or tried food here before. I am incredibly happy I made the choice to give this a try. I was having a difficult day, I came back from medical leave and had a lot to catch up on at the office. This was a refreshing and nostalgic lunch that instantly snapped me out of my funk for the day. When I opened the container and saw the pickle, the perfectly cut sandwich and some awesome looking pasta salad I was instantly transported back to opening a lunch from my mother. The chicken salad was excellent. I got the classic chicken salad on the wheat bread, not toasted. It was hearty but light, just the right amount of everything. The bread was soft and the chicken salad was perfect. I will be frequenting y’all moving forward. You legitimately made my day better and I thank you for that.

Stopped in for lunch. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We ordered several flavors of the chicken salad and potato soup. The jalapeño chicken salad and potato soup was good, the rest were mediocre. The pimento cheese was very dry. I would try them again to see if it was just a fluke since some rave about it.
I've driven past so many times, so I decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I chose the "fancy Nancy" chicken salad and a side of grape salad. I chose the refreshing watermelon tea to wash it all down. The restaurant itself is bright and cheery and pretty lively. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their food as much as I was. I felt the price to be fair.
Have eaten at several Florida locations and in Virginia. Wish there was one less than 2.5 hours away. Food is fresh and prepared quickly. You always receive a small frosted cookie and for $2-3 you can add an extra scoop of chicken salad. Perfect for lunch the next day or a midnight snack. ?

Delicious chicken salad! I loved that they would allow you to test the different flavors. Who knew there could be such a difference in flavor? Very nice, polite service. We had our chicken salad on a green salad and it was yummy. Will try it as a sandwich next time.

Chicken salad chick is one of my favorites for lunch in Mt p. Always fast, friendly staff and all the food is amazing.
I have used your drive thru often. Today it was especially slow (maybe 5 minutes) seemed longer with 4 cars waiting behind me. I order a scoop and sandwich. When I asked the young lady who served the order, what took so long, her answer was "we are busy".No apology , jut an ugly answer . If you want to solve the "too busy" problem, I can help. I just will not visit anymore . Doug
