Food was decent but this was the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. The sweet tea was like water. There was so much crud on the benches that my pants stuck to the bench and the table had a film of grease on it with swirl marks. This could be a much nicer location if they kept the place clean.

Today was our first time eating at Cook Out. We got so much food, huge drinks, everything tasted amazing and so affordable. Friendly workers and sparkling clean restaurant. I'm not a big review writer but felt like I had to. We weren't sure about going because there are some not so great reviews but they are WRONG!! We are just in town for vacation and have eaten at a lot of expensive sit down dinners and we all decided this is the best food we have had our entire trip. I will crave those fries until the next time I can make it to town! Thanks for an awesome experience!
Ordered food after work at around 12 am on March 23 and was rushed out of the line by a rude and belligerent young man at the window. When I asked for a different drink because my cup was filled to the rim with ice and little to no drink he told me there was nothing he could do about it and brought back an empty cup to me.

The person at the drive thru was incredibly rude and disrespectful when we were paying for our food to give this cookout location service. They shook their heads at us and asked us “why” when going through the drive thru. After being handed everything but my milkshake that CAME with my tray, I politely asked for my milkshake. The window person very rudely claimed I didn’t order one after I repeated myself twice when ordering. I am extremely disappointed with this service and will not be returning.
