We had a great experience with a large group following a baseball game. They moved tables to accommodate us and our server Brittany was excellent! Food came out fast and was excellent. We ordered fish and chips, nachos, wings, and burgers amongst our group and everyone enjoyed immensely!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

My family and I went to eat here on 3/29 around 7:15-7:30 at night. We went to sit outside and as my wife was talking b to a guy inside about sitting outside the outside server made a comment that was heard. Her comment was god I hope they don’t sit outside. That’s fine, we will take our business elsewhere. We were even told outside is first come first serve but our food would still take an hour even if we ordered right now as we sat. The whole environment felt unwelcoming.

This was my wife and I's first time ever visiting Dog and Duck, which was highly recommended by the medical team we visited on 2/20/24 around 3:30 in the afternoon. The restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating. The welcome sign directs you to sit wherever you like. We chose a booth. Shortly we were great (unknowingly) by the GM. We shared this was our first visit. He welcomed us, announced the name of our server, covered the day's specials, explained the categories on the menu and shared the most common items ordered from the menu. The service was quick, we ordered medium and house garlic wings, Philly cheese steak, and the patty melt. The wings tasted fantastic and were very good size. The sandwich portions were also quite filling. I knew after how great the wings were and one bite into the Philly, the food is far abo e the average restaurant. Thankfully we live an hour and 1/2 away, because we would be broke. I can't recommended Dog and Duck any higher. Great place to take the family or even for a date. If you're near here, grab you some excellent food. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Thank you Dog and Duck team!!!!

so they’ll tell you at other locations that only the mt pleasant shop has other hot dog options and this is not true and they also don't answer the phone so then you find out other menu items exist not listed. Get someone to answer the phone or list your specials like a regular restaurant so someone doesnt waste the trip. The owner says that not all locations are the same people but i would say its best to mention that on the site or anywhere really and blaming the customer on not knowing that a place called "Dog and Duck" is not associated with other places called "Dog and Duck". Many reasons to give this place a low star review and hopefully you don't waste your time finding that out.

Really wanted to like this place but it was a complete miss. How’s the food? I wouldn’t know. After sitting outside with our dog waiting for service and reminding the inside staff two times, we ended up leaving. Sorry, the first impression is a lasting impression.There are too many local places to try instead of this place.We stopped at Public House taproom and was greeted and served right away. Great local place!

Good atmosphere and pretty good food. The fries and grilled potato salad are especially delicious. The service is hit or miss. Don't bother ordering a burger unless you like them well done; no matter what temp I ask for, they always cook it well.
