I like Fuji sushi because they're sushi and soup is good. my favorite is miso soup and the avocado cucumber role. I recommend it!

my colleagues and I stopped in for a casual dinner and was extremely impressed with the wait staff's friendliness and attentiveness. the filet mignon was cooked to perfection and my colleagues raved about the variety and quality of the sushi. The GM (Kayden) went above and beyond to make our dining experience exquisite. I will definitely be a repeat diner.

I don't usually write reviews, but my last experience at Fuji was nothing less of disappointing. Our server was great! But, when we received our food, my husband, who has a shell fish allergy noticed that the tempura shrimp was kept in our roll. Mistakes happen all the time, we were both servers at one point so we understand. But when we called the manager over (pink eyebrows) she was nothing less of passive aggressive. She even rolled her eyes when we simply just asked for it to be remade. I've always enjoyed my time at fuji, but she was unbelievably unprofessional.

For the service, I can’t give more than five stars, but I would. We had Luke as our server, this person was simply amazing from the moment that he walked up to the table. He was more than attentive. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays. I am sure that all of their servers act this way I just happen to have him. This is my second time into this restaurant. The prices have gone up a little by no fault of theirs. I will return.

Was extremely disappointed in the waitstaff as well as the food. I've eaten there many times and everyone and everything was perfect. Yesterday not so much. Asked for a box and it was a big deal When we were leaving the restaurant both employees just stood there didn't say a darn thing.

Serviceable sushi joint off Long Point with lunch specials and wide selection of rolls. Went for lunch recently and found the hostess and wait staff to be oddly cold and impersonal. The restaurant itself has a nice interior--cozy but decent number of tables so there was no wait. Interestingly, sushi bar seating was not an option. My wife and I both had multiple sushi rolls for lunch with miso. The rolls were pretty decent, but the some of the salmon used was very fatty--these pieces were predominantly white and with a muted, sickly tone that didn't suggest high freshness or quality. However, other pieces were just fine. Overall, not bad, but nothing to write home about. Lunch for two was in the $45-55 range. There are other, more consistent sushi joints in Mount Pleasant that offer more bang for the buck, greater consistency, and friendlier service. (2.75 stars).

I have been to this restaurant a few time but today was definitely the worst! The hostess was nice and greeted us warmly. But the server was absolutely awful and made the experience bad! Took forever for her to come and ask us about drinks and the restaurant had maybe 2 other tables occupied. Then she took our order, her attitude made us seem like an inconvenience to her day. When the food came she plopped it on the table and walked away, no smile, no nothing. And that was the last we saw of her. She never came back to see how we were doing and never refilled our drinks. We saw her at the bar chatting with other staff and rolling silverware with her back to us. Never even glancing back to check on us. We waited a LONG time for her to bring us our check, and she actually didn't even do that. She brought the food out to the table next to us and noticed my credit card was on the table and brought over the little device. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing. One bad server can ruin a restaurant forever. Food was good but there are so many good sushi restaurants out there I don't think we will be back. It's sad too, I like this place and the food up until now.
