Came to Charleston for Christmas and decided to go to a Miracle pop up since the one in Charlotte is so popular and busy... our experience here was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. They were out of several ingredients for the seasonal drinks, service was poor, and the staff was not friendly... not to mention the food was not worth the price we paid. Their smash burger was burnt and crisp & their fries were skinny and cold. We came on a Saturday night (12/23, weekend of Christmas) and it was dead... not a good sign for a bar in general. Tables and bar were open for our options to choose. We watched two bartenders who were ON the clock, take tequila shots. We also watched an employee who was off the clock drinking at the bar during our visit, take shots with the said bartender, and then walk behind the bar to hug her coworkers goodbye. Illegal. All of it. This place should be fined and lose their liquor license... and employees. And Miracle should drop them as a pop up. Absolutely disappointed at our visit, as we were so excited to have some Christmas spirit at a popular pop up bar in Mount Pleasant. Definitely won't be coming back to eat here. The only good thing about the visit was the cute dog we saw in the restaurant.

Came here on a very rainy Sunday in December and was sat immediately (I think the heavy rain played a roll; few people were venturing out). Came here specifically to have a Christmasy festive brunch bc I heard the hype about the decorations. Very well decorated: tree, stand up Santa, moving Grinch, lights, festive drinks... small typical brunch menu. Husband had steak and eggs which he very much enjoyed and I had the stuffed French toast (the vegetarian options were all sweet: pancakes or French toast). It was very tasty but like a big dessert. I'd love to see avocado toast make it to their menu one day. Husband had the Bloody Mary that he enjoyed. I had a basic mimosa... basic. I ordered the snowball old fashioned bc I thought I had seen it on socials as the old fashioned that they create a white bubble on giving it its snowball name. It was just a regular old fashioned. Kid friendly: they do have a kids menu but at brunch it's ONLY buttered noodles. High chairs availableOverall I would go back for a trivia event or holiday decor (if they put the same effort into Halloween I'd see what they do for that) but probably later in the day for just simple apps and beers, not cocktails.

Went there for the Miracle Pop Up, which we have gone to for several years and was always a positive experience. Disappointed this time and ended up leaving prior to even ordering our meals. Everything from ambiance, drinks, awful smell and true crime show on the tv made it an awful experience.

Was a little disappointed as they were out of a few things. Understand because they are getting ready for the Miracle pop up. But they should really keep things avail especially if you are known for your specialty cocktails.

On vacation for a week — this is the worst dining experience of the trip by far. They were literally out of half the things we ordered; the beer was warm; the food was tasteless. We paid our bill, and the next day learned that they had added charges to our credit card for drinks we had ordered but never received (because, uh, they were “out of that drink.”). Do yourself a favor, and opt for the McDonald’s down the street.

Went with another couple and it was the worst experience. Out of the four of us they were out of 3 of the meals we tried to order and one of the drinks. We were over charged and had to be refunded. The next day we saw on our bank charge that we have been charged even MORE than the original charge before the refunded items. Thank goodness we have our receipt to dispute the charge with our bank. All around a terrible experience from beginning to end. Avoid at all cost!!

We stopped in for a cocktail & a light bite and sat at the bar. Went on a Saturday evening & was surprised to find the place completely empty. We put our drink order in, but then our bartender never came back to check on us until an hour later once our drinks were empty (despite there only being 2 other people in the entire place), so we didn't end up ordering food. They had a fun drink menu, but I'm not sure we'll go back.

Highly disappointed! We went with another couple. Out of the four meals we tried to order they were OUT of three. Then the drinks we ordered they didn't have the ingredients for one of them. The table next to us was also told they were out of a completely different item on the menu. My husband ordered a bottle of beer and told they were warm and would need to be chilled. We felt bad for our server since it seemed her job was just to inform us of everything they did not have, obviously terrible management. The lack of patrons should have been our first clue. We will not be back. I recommend you avoid!Edit: we were over charged on our CC and are now having to dispute the bill. Thank goodness we still had the receipt. No idea where they even got the amount they charged us!!!

Came here with a friend and ordered the spicy Nashville chicken sandwich. The sandwich itself was almost overly spicy and pretty pricy for what it was.

We walked in and was seated immediately. We had been driving around looking for a place to eat and quickly parked when we saw this place. They have indoor and outdoor seating along with a full bar. We were seated immediately and the food came out pretty fast! We ordered the cauliflower, beet salad, wings with dry rub and the she crab soup! My least favorite was the soup but everything else was amazing! Our waitress was new but she did an amazing job! Oh and I forgot to mention they have happy hour on SATURDAYS!!!!!

Although we waited awhile to be greeted, once we did the service was great and our server was super friendly. She was just pretty busy. The food was excellent! We came to Charleston from vacation and ate out a lot but this was by far our favorite. Bang bang cauliflower was 10/10, chicken sandwich was 10/10 (be prepared for the spiciness), burger was 9/10, Mac n cheese is a must have 10/10, and their drinks were great. Overall we had a great experience on our last night in the Charleston area.

The server was good but overwhelmed because she was the only server for the entire place. She did her very best, and I don't blame her at all. We only had appetizers. We ordered Buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing. We got ranch dressing instead. It took some time to get the blue cheese, and when it did, the color was off. We were afraid to eat it. People were leaving after having to wait for the server.

This place has an eclectic vibe that works well in its location. You can get a little of everything food-wise and the drinks are always good. Seriously, the menu is huge and rotates occasionally. Last time we went we got the wings and they were really good. Crispy. Service has always been good as well. Nothing bad to say, def worth a try!!Note: parking is parallel which is typically pretty full due to the surrounding businesses, but there is garage parking on the first floor, just follow the signs!

My family and I were in from out of town and were too pooped to go out to eat. We found Handcraft Kitchen & Cocktails on Yelp and thought the menu sounded great so we ordered through a 3rd party app for carryout. 20-25 minutes later, as instructed, we went to pick it up. Alas, somehow they did not get our order (I blame the app not them) so it had to all be done on the fly. However, they were VERY apologetic and offered us a complimentary cocktail while we waited for the order. Very nice! Pretty much every adult in my party ordered the peach and burrata panzanella salad with different proteins each. I personally ordered the salmon and while the flavor was great it was a bit more overdone than I like and a little dry. The rest of the salad was delicious, though! It's comprised of local peaches and tomatoes, ciabatta chunks, burrata, prosciutto, arugula red onion, basil, and white balsamic. Can't go wrong with any of that as far as I'm concerned. The combination of all were fantastic! I just kind of wish there had been a bit more peaches in mine. My mom got the grilled chicken breast with hers and she said it was cooked very well and not overly tough. My uncle opted for the shrimp and also liked the combination. We loved our time in Mt. Pleasant and could definitely see ourselves back there again for a future trip and when that happens we'd definitely be more than pleased to go back to Handcraft. We may just call our order in ourselves or go dine in person instead!

My chicken fingers were delicious. However, the silverware was dirty and the service was a little slow. The servers were kind, but it took over twenty minutes to get a small mixed drink when me and two others were the only customers. I did end up liking the the drinks and had a decent time!! Please go and try it— just make sure you don’t need to be anywhere afterwards!
