Went there on my last day of vacation. If you're looking for a low-key, relaxed place to have a couple beers, this is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all the beers they carry, and were able to recommend a couple that were amazing. Tons of outdoor seating available. They also had several recommendations for local restaurants, one of which ended up being the best meal we had during our stay. I would highly recommend to everyone to stop by!

Family (and dog) oriented... ( You'd never guess that half the time you're at the bar, there's a super diva English bulldog named Pricilla sleeping on the floor behind the bar while Kate is working. Super chill atmosphere.

I’ve been visiting HoB since moving nearby in 2014, and it’s remained consistent in delivering the good drinks and friendly atmosphere you want to find at your neighborhood watering hole. ***Critically important here: this is my dog Dolly’s favorite place on earth. She has a girl crush on bartender Jess. Perhaps it’s mutual as she always has a treat ready for Dolly. Our new dog Scooter is growing to love HoB too. ?

Love this place! Amazing beer selection and always multiple awesome flavors on tap. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful when searching for a new taste. Background music is usually Grateful Dead which is SICK. Love bringing my dog up there because she gets spoiled as well. Might be the best beer shop EVER.

HoB is an amazing little spot, tucked in, off the beaten path. It's not fancy. It's not trendy. It's literally an old house that is stocked with craft beer. It's everything the name implies.Rob and his staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They will gladly answer any question you have about the types of beer and will make suggestions to help you find whatever you are after. They embrace Local Beers and the local community. Unless you know it's there or are looking for it, you'll probably pass right by. BUT, once you stop in for a draft beer in the yard or beer to go, you'll remember it and be back, again and again. 5 stars isn't enough for this little local spot!
