Only one person working to get ice cream on a Saturday night. Let me clarify, one person taking orders the other was making cones when there were already 40+ cones behind her ready made. Not sure why she didn’t break to help get orders. I waited for 20+ minutes only to barely move in line. Needless to say I left. Get a better business model.

Amazing ice cream, love the seasonal ice creams they have every few weeks.The staff is very friendly, talkative and informative.The young man behind the counter, Chase, was very nice in particular.Will definitely be back!

Asked employee to wear gloves to serve after cleaning the area with a rag and bucket, and she refused because she’s not “required” to wear gloves. Just left instead of arguing. Will not go back.

The ice cream was awesome!! The ice cream is well made and good quality. They have some really great flavors, but is a little pricey. Also, they only have one-two tables in the place, because it is really small. Next, they should add two tables outside if they can. Other than that, I would definitely recommend here. Great ice cream and great for kids!!

Had a wonderful time at this ice cream shop. The guy whom helped our family was super friendly and made sure to give us samples and recommendations. So we got the lemon bar which was delicious, dark chocolate, and lavender. For price wise, in my opinion it wasn’t bad. I think it was worth it!

In a market spoiled for competition, Jeni's takes the cake for overpriced ice cream. The prices are typical enough for a premium ice cream shop, but after resigning yourself to $6.20 for two scoops, the *size* of the scoops is practically insulting (I included the standard-sized spoon in the picture for scale).Friendly service is the only thing that saved this from being a 1-star.

this is a very cute place and i absolutely adore their ice cream, it’s great!! my only issue with this place is how they give you such small portions and they end up being insanely overpriced. it sucks because their ice cream is so freaking good. if i’m ever craving this place i just buy it by the pint, it’s a way better deal
