I really don’t want to give any stars, but I had to give one in order to leave a review. I would never in my life go to this King St., Grill again. My friend, and I were treated with no respect from the waitress.JORDAN!She was very unprofessional!After taking our order, she never not once came to our table again not even making an attempt to come to our table. She made sure that she went to her other tables multiple times, and then when Condiments was needed at the table. She took forever to come…. We had to ask another waitress, and when she seen it, she told the waitress she got it. she was caught numerous of times, having an attitude. When it was time to come to our table. It was pointless to tell the boss because the boss was cursing and yelling at the cooks. She kept her hand in her hair and it was so confusing to me, because if you’re dealing with our food, that’s something that you shouldn’t be doing. I do not recommend anyone to come to this King Street and Grill.

Our waitress JORDAN was very inattentive to my friend and I. Good waitresses ask if you're ok or need anything. She did not ask us until we were done with our food. She never refilled our water. We watched her walk to all her other tables and serve them. The one time we asked her to get us some mayo, she played in her hair as she waited for customers food to come up??. She made us wait so long we had to ask another waitress. When she saw the waitress about to get the mayo, she then stop that nice waitress and grabbed the mayo. She was condescending and very unprofessional. We would've complained to the manager but the manager was busy cursing and fussing with the cooks loud enough for everybody to hear. Smh. Thankfully the cooks did a great job with the food but the service was absolutely awful. Would never come back to the Mount Pleasant location of King Street Grille.

Food is great, but attentiveness by employees is non-existent when picking up an online order! I travel to this area 5 times a year and have eaten here more than once, and every time, I've been ignored when I arrive to pick up my order. It's like I'm INVISIBLE! Several employees literally walk around me without any attempt to discover the reason for my presence. I'm always very patient and wait until I've been ignored several times before I step up and ask about my order. The first time, I waited patiently at the front, unsure of where to go to pick up my order. Now that I know where to pick up my online orders, I am still ignored until I step into the path of a passing waitress only after several have deliberately made eye contact and still ignored my presence.

Shame. Came in early, around 530. Ordered our meals and they came promptly. Let the server know we had to go orders and she wanted them when we placed our table order. 30 minutes after we finish we are still waiting for the to go food. Won't be back. Very disappointed.
