My grandson and granddaughter said they had the best chicken tenders they have ever had! The servers were very kind and quick. Also the restrooms were very clean. Loved the lava cake. We will definitely come back!

I love this restaurant. Wonderfully inviting atmosphere to enjoy a great relaxing food experience. First, let's start with the fresh baked bread. Not sliced, but a whole loaf to enjoy.Cocktails, of course. Then on to the mouth watering steaks.Juicy, cooked to perfection with side dishes, so very good.We go to Longhorn Steakhouse at least two times per month. Always outstanding!
The roasted and seasoned brussel sprouts are so delicious! The firecracker shrimp are tasty, but the batter always falls off the shrimp. The steak is decent.

We had Mike B as our server. When we ordered he asked if we wanted any bread and my mom says yes please and keep it coming. We only got the one loaf and had no bread with our dinner. Food comes out, my steak was under cooked, had too much seasoning and was way too fatty (which happens sometimes) but the combination of all 3 was not cool. For the first time in my life I choked on my food first bite i took. I truly didn't think I was going to make it for a minute. It was a traumatic event for me. After taking one bite of my awful steak and almost choking to death I was very upset and waited for Mike to come back to ask how everything was. He never did. At one point as he was literally running by he says everything OK with his thumb up not stopping or making eye contact with all of us and I didn't even have time to say NO, we need you! He never came back until it was time for the bill that we waited forever to get. He then asks how everything was and sees my whole steak sitting on my plate. I tell him what happened and he has the audacity to say, I wish you would have told me!! When should I have told you Mike? You never came back to the table! He brings the bill and everything was on it. Didn't bother to take the steak off the bill. He says as he hands me the check, the one person who's sitting there still hungry and completely upset. I was literally fighting the tears at this point. Then he asks me if I want a to go box to take the awful steak that I wouldn't eat in the restaurant home with me. I'm so upset about my experience you have no idea!!! I don't think I will ever again eat here after this experience. I expect way more from Longhorn.

I really enjoyed my meal, the wait time was only 5 mins which turned into 10 but we didn't mind. The Food came out very fast and was also hot, I loved that. The waiter was very nice he just forgot one of our items but brought it out so fast we didn't even notice. I enjoyed my meal and would visit again.

The staff here seem to all be hard workers. Tristian stood out the most with his over - the - top hospitality, great manners, and great personality! He definitely made our experience really nice tonight. It’s sad to see him leaving for the U.S. Coast Guard soon but I am sure he’ll do well. You have my family’s support Tristian. The service team is fantastic. The food, however, is average. Appetizers were fair, but the steak was dry and over salted. I got the sense that it was cooked while frozen, which would cause it to dry out like that. The service team was fantastic, and for that they deserve a solid 4 stars.
Best Longhorn Steakhouse ever!! Came in here after a really long day with the husband and kids and Shailey was our wonderful server, she was just phenomenal. She was so funny she never left our table!! We all had the most perfect meals, my 12 yr old ate a whole steak! They were really accommodating, never had a drink glass empty, always full on the Shirley Temple!! Will be back

Great longhorns steakhouse! I had the best server I’ve had in years. Shailey was AMAZING, she was cracking jokes the entire time, my glass was never less than half full, and everyone else she was serving was smiling after she left their table. My burger was cooked to perfection and came out quickly. The manager, I think Chris Dolan, came and checked on me and was really nice as well.
I will say I have eaten at several from the Upstate to the Midlands of South Carolina. I must say as a person and my beautiful wife we have been introduced to a whole new level of service(Robin), smell (no moldy carpet smells), and food cooked to perfection.I love Longhorn Steakhouse if they replicated the same plans and implementation as they do at the Mt. Pleasant, SC location my wife and I would eat there more.No smell, attentive service (Robin), and cooking the food right. I usually request a well-done version of the Ribeye, however, when I was here in December, I found the ribeye too well done, so in January, I requested the Medium well and this was just great. The loaded baked potaatoe was terrific, too.
