Better pizza place than their competitors. Daniel and the rest of the staff know what real pizza and real service are.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free crusts and have pizza bowls that are just the toppings without any pasta or pizza crust.Kid-friendliness: The pizza is so good that even the "pickiest eater" in the family will sit down for a slice. I have had te chicken dippers before and they're better than the chicken nuggies at the fast food place with the clown.

Favorite pizza in local area. About 25% of time they seen to lose track of orders and find it and start when you come to pick it up. Sometimes 15 or more people waiting to pick up.

Ordered this past Sunday. 1/2 bacon and other just cheese….almost $19 and the pizza was horrible. The bacon had a burnt/metal taste to it and the pizza itself was doughy. I rather pay a few dollars more and have consistency from Miglioris- won’t be back to Marco’s as the value is no longer there and the quality surely went down!

So this has become our favorite chain to get take out or delivery pizza. It is good affordable quality pizza. I would choose it over pizza hut or Domino's. Sometimes the wait is a little long even for take out but overall not too bad.

Normally we have good experiences with Marco's. I can't find a way to express my bad experience through their website, so I'm posting here. We ordered on 11/20/2023 and it was awful. It took 2.5 hours to get our pizza, and of course by then it was cold and old. I even called to check on our order after 1.5 hours and was assured it would be coming soon and it would be hot and fresh. They were understaffed at the restaurant and with drivers. No email order updates, no email delivery updates and no email request for feedback after delivery (which I find interesting since I ALWAYS get an email asking for my feedback after every order). I guess they were afraid to hear about the terrible service and experience they provided. It's a shame...

We've ordered several times. Sometimes they're outstanding. A couple times we've experienced a "miss." (Isn't that all pizza joints?) Overall, the pizzas tend to be hot and tasty.Let me just say I LOATHE the newer version of the website and ordering. The colors are horrible and, while they claim accessibility, my guess is that folks who experience color blindness would totally disagree. The system has made errors in applying promotions or earned coupons, so a user may pay more than they should. These thoughts are not the local store's issue.They're responsible for the food quality, timeliness, and delivery.Like another reviewer, our order was delivered next door once. For the most part, this could be an issue of nav systems, because originally our address was supposed to be a different lot in the development. The store manager promptly responded.
2 1/2 hours and no pizza. Delivered to the eating address 2 times!!! We have ordered from here multiple times and we are within 3Miles of the store!Shouldn’t be this hard to get a pizza delivered. Never again.

Ordered Online for pizza, after the order was processed and payment made the arrival time for the pizza jumped to 120 minutes. It is Thursday night, 6:20. Pizza will not arrive until 8:20 ... NOPE. We live less than 10 minutes from this location... It is incredible to me that anyone would be ok with this kind of service and pay a delivery fee on top of that and then have the audacity to ask for a tip as well. We called the location just to make sure this was an accurate projection of the estimated time, and the very rude an un apologetic employee confirmed the estimated time and gave us the "were understaffed and very busy" excuse. When I asked for our order to be cancelled and refunded he promptly told me that isn't a problem but I won't see my refund for 7-10 business days. "WOW" I then asked to speak to the manager who identified himself as "manager speaking" when I asked what his name was, he called himself "HOAX" who then confirmed everything the previous employee said.. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Never issued a single apology, didn't try to "save us" by offering a quicker time for pick up. Just terrible. Blamed the Franchise Owners for being terrible.

Recently ordered chicken wings for pickup. It said 15-20 mins, so went there after 15 mins and they kid at the counter couldn't find my order, then after he found it said 15-20 mins before they'll be ready. I had my 18 months old boy with me who wanted to run outside in the parking lot so we played in the parking lot. Got back in after 20 mins and the counter kid said another 25 mins cause they have been very busy. I was irritated but just went back and played some more in the parking lot. Got back after 25 mins and a different kid was behind the counter and said we just put your wings in the oven, will be another 15-20 mins. I was furious, waited over an hour for some chicken wings and they came out skinny and nearly burnt. Horrible service and chicken wings
