As a frequent McAlister's customer who always gets a Reuben Everytime, I was disappointed in the 5 slices of corn beef on my Reuben. Hope your customers know you are not making them right and not giving them what they are paying for. I for one will not be back to this one in Mt Pleasant, SC. I spoke with the manager and she did not care.

First time trying this location. Ordered the McAllister sandwich meat and cheese only, tortilla soup bowl, and the new bbq nachos. We paid got our number and sat down. While waiting we noticed our nachos was sat up on the top and then the sandwich. Then a few minutes goes by and the soup and broccoli was sat up. Guy was still ringing other people and getting orders together. I’d say about 15/20 minutes or so from the time we sat down to actually getting our food.The sandwich came with mayo when asked to be plain meat and cheese. Nachos was cold as you see in the picture the cheese isn’t even melted. The soup was really good and warm. It saved the nachos as we added it to the nachos.Took sandwiche back because he will not eat mayo and they said we would get a refund for the sandwich and nachos. Lady said it would go back on the card it had to be done thru home office or something like that ??♀️ didn’t ask name or and card info to do the refund. So will see!

I ordered DoorDash from this store and the tag on the bag was correct but the food was nothing close to what we ordered. I called the store and the person on the phone was extremely rude and not accommodating whatsoever. She was also having multiple conversations while on the phone with customers and coworkers. When I asked if we could get our food correct they said if you come and re-order. Not paying for the wrong food twice!!!!

Try to order here often because its convenient, but the staff is just so bad. Go to the Long point road McAlister Deli if you can. Not great service there either but you will at least get your order warmer and faster. Off hwy 17, your lucky to get what you ordered period and they won't even tell you they decided not to make it.
App says open, it’s not and people just ignore me while I’m out… I think a “not yet, at X time” will be okay, but yeah! They ignore

If you’re thinking you’ll stop here and grab something quick, no you won’t. Even a bowl of soup (you know already made, just needs to be spooned into a bowl) takes over 10 minutes and arrives cold. The employees are absolutely not interested in customers or the food. They ignore people, take breaks when there’s a big crowd, and leave food sitting on the window for extended times while they do something else, like take a phone order or finish their personal conversation. It’s close to my work but I’m not coming back.

Great sandwiches, though they lack consistency between visits. I always get the same thing. Today there was only turkey on half the bread, way less than normal. Last time, tons of turkey, but hardly any avocado.

This McAlister's is usually pretty good. Nice quality food, quick. The hours on yelp and their website say they close at 10:00pm, but when I went today they were closed at 8:30. Normally it's solid though, but unfortunately closed shortly after dinner time.

Food was delicious. Has 1/2 salad sandwich. Pecan salad was flavorful and took up a good portion of the plate. Loved the turkey avocado sandwich half.
