Really try to never go to this location, but its close to my house. Order is never correct. Ice cream machine is down almost every time I try to order it. Prices are not wallet friendly.

Went through drive through n did not get my whole order. Drove all the way back to our hotel, and I discovered that half my order was not in the bag! Check your bag before leaving the drive through!! The manager did refund our money when I drove all the way back for the rest of our order.

I guess we are expect bad service from these lower end restaurants now, lol, ok, cool.… (sarcastically stated)If that is the case and we are suppose to expect bad service. Then, can y’all please make the food a little bit better instead of just cheap? The fact that I had some girl pop off on me about life mayo vs regular mayo is wild. Not only did she come at me about something as mundane as mayonnaise conversations are bad (hahahha). She insisted on raising her voice and letting me know that light mayonnaise and mayonnaise are the same thing… there aren’t any Dietary Differences to them.Ok honey. Buh bye Hours

I placed my order with a crew member who had absolutely no customer skills. No welcome. No thank you.I placed my order at 12:12 PM. At 12:30 I asked the Manager who was handing out food what happened to my order - I'd been waiting almost twenty minutes, and now my number no longer showed on the screen. His response: Well I have 10 people here. That's all I can do.He put my order together and handed it to me with a half-hearted: Sorry about the wait. I said: Over 20 minutes to get food in a fast food place is horrible service. He responded sarcastically: "We appreciate you."The dining room was a mess. Dirty tables everywhere. With all of that waiting, you'd expect the food to be fresh. Nope. The hamburgers and chicken nuggets were room temperature.Of course, with a manager that cares about his customers as little as this one, how could you expect any of the crew to care about what they are doing.Awful experience made worse by an uncaring middle aged manager (not a kid).Kid-friendliness: They have a jungle gym

So they are suppose to close at 12:00 midnight. I pulled up at 11:55 and no one answered me at the intercom so I pulled up. One employee was playing on her phone and wouldn’t respond when I honked. I had to knock on the window then she and another employee came and told me there is no more food! When I worked at McDonald’s as a kid we were open until midnight and not a minute later. My son got out of his hand surgery and wanted McDonald and we couldn’t get it because lazy employees. I called corporate and they told me they would have the owner call and if coarse no phone call. That tells you how the business is ran. Go to cook out instead and save yourself the headache. Worst experience ever and bad.customer service. I will also be contacting one of my good friend and the local radio station to have them let locals to go elsewhere. So keep an ear out for that too.

We asked for extra mac sauce on our Big Macs and they put a ton of extra mac sauce on it it was unnecessary the service was poor the people that take your order or rude I will never go back there again!!!
