It seems this location may be under new management as it was very clean and the employees were great.

I go to Moe’s way too much sadly but today Peyton made the best burrito I’ve ever gotten and they had the best service I’ve ever received from Moe’s. I hope y’all keep it up.

I have frequented this Moe’s location for the past 3-4 years. I noticed after COVID-19, that the store was struggling and wasn’t in the best situation. I came in today after a few months of not going in, and noticed the place looked great, things were clean, staff was nice, organization was phenomenal and it was a nice environment to be in. I’m a general manager at a nearby restaurant, and to see what the new management has inspired me, and it really makes me happy to see a place turn around. Keep up the good work!

Well, I’ve been going to this Moe’s for the last ten years and they’ve generally done pretty well. However, they’ve installed an ear piercing tone every time you open the door now, really quite dreadful.

Great chow...but "pricey", and that a number of *add on's are an EXTRA CHARGE, be careful and ASK...if this & that are an extra charge! PS...the soft drinks are also...EXPENSIVE there, and obviously, a HUGE profit margin, for them! Ask for FREE WATER ? instead ? ?!

Reading through all the recent reviews is heartbreaking but is the exact reason I have decided to step up and take the General Manager role. I was hired to help restore this location a few months ago. I started as the title “prep cook” because they did not have one and without proper and safe prep, a restaurant cannot run effectively. Unfortunately, just as most restaurants post-Covid, we are struggling to stay full staffed. However, just because we are low staffed does not mean I will allow staff to continue being employed, especially when they are the ones that has contributed to so many of the poor comments over the “last year”. You see time after time, the poor customer service of evening shift and that we are closed in the evening because the staff cannot handle the volume, even stated by a disgruntled past employee that was our evening shift leader. We are doing our best to ensure that the experience is improved from this point forward. We confirm that we do not have many applicants, so family and friends have been hired to ensure that quality service is being provided. This is going to help us keep the location opened during serving hours (10:30am-9:00pm). I, as the new hired GM would love to make every experience a 5 star experience for you and am open to suggestions and feedback anytime. I do accept that this location has been less than desirable and cannot assure that it will meet expectations overnight but I can assure I am exhausting myself to try. We are no longer serving a few items, as reported in some comments, that corporate has decided to discontinue, and we cannot control pricing nor portion policy but we will do our absolute best to uphold Moe’s standards and quality to give you the best Welcome to Moe’s experience! Please, give us another opportunity to make it right! Looking forward to sharing opportunities in Belle Hall. And as always, we are hiring; hardworking, dependable, and passionate team members!

Might as be a McDonald’s. Place was a mess, they were out of more then 4 ingredients that go on a buritto, out of ice…. How do you run out of ice…, and the servers had no idea how to roll a burrito. This location need to shutdown or the manager/owner need a crash course on how to operate a Moe’s the right way. Unreal.

This location is always closed. It’s 5pm and it’s closed for no reason when the hours say it should be open until 9pm.

Belle Hall location in SC, store 154: 0/5 recommend. This company is AWFUL, as a part time shift leader I've seen it all for almost a year. I got fired yesterday for speaking my mind about the favoritism and constant bullying that happens in that location. Managers choosing sides and ignoring all the drama that goes in that place. New hires being pulled aside and harassed by their prep person who swears she runs the place along with the AGM who allows and encourages the drama.Their AGM Camrin Austin smokes weed and drinks liquor on the clock. She needs to be drug tested because I'm starting believe she may be smoking more than just weed due to her erratic behavior..The district manager, who is supposed to be filling in as the store GM since they don't have one, is aware of EVERYTHING that goes on in that place and chooses to ignore the numerous complaints that have come from the other team members. So he doesn't have to deal with it.Shifts are constantly short staffed and ONE PERSON is doing the role of 3 people and it's ridiculous, no one there to help and the DM just doesn't care. There are too many wannabe managers and everyone is allowed to make decisions regardless of title causing several problems. They are constantly hiring different family members causing several conflict of interest problems and if you chose to speak out about it, YOU GET FIRED.There PREP PERSON, Danielle White, who happens to be the mother in law of one of the shift managers was given a key, and allowed access to the SAFE/MONEY, I guess because her son in law works there? To me that's a recipe for disaster. She was made a shift leader OVERNIGHT because everyone is buddy buddy with the District manager Chris Mims. Not to mention, the same prep person is now going to be getting trained to be the store GM whilst her son in law works there. She has allowed this to go to her head and has been telling several team members about her "cleaning out house" once she becomes GM, what a great way to start off that role, threatening other team members that their jobs are at stake. She swears to be a God loving woman but acts like a spawn Satan.Customers come in and see everything that goes on in that place, due to the constant bad reviews that come in everyday. The store never stays open until close anymore, mainly because the night shift is always short staffed and cannot handle being open due to business. They will schedule one person for line and expect that person to maintain in store and online transactions ON THEIR OWN. Complaints made to the DM get overlooked as if they aren't his problem. To all new hires, RUN RUN RUN. This company is not worth the stress. The turnover rate for this place is at an all time high. New people won't last a week, and they can't keep associates due to all the mess that goes on. You get a glimpse of all the drama on your first day of employment. Its ridiculous.
