Horrible parking lot. No lights on. Big craters that you can’t see because the lights were off. Walk in and they’re smoking the place out by cleaning the grills an hour + before close. Worker is barely speaking loud enough to hear. Never go here

If Moe's corporate wants all to go orders to go online, I get it. But when a customer calls in and they refuse to take your order I think your service needs work. Yelling hello at the door is nice but not service. You just let a "bird in the hand" fly off.

This place has gone downhill the past few months. Portion sizes are half what they use to be, comes with barely any chips, and one of the soda machines always seems to down.

Two many awful things to say. 1. The lady who made my burrito had her long hair down and it was sloshing into my burrito. I lost my appetite right away 2. They were out of pico or so they said and told me it will take 30 min to make. (Pretty sure it’s all pre-packaged) 3. They then tried to upcharge a pitiful dollop of guacamole for 3 $ after they already charged us for our meal. I will 100% never walk into a Moes again.

Used a gift card as our payment method, we paid with it, then the lady at the register said it didn’t go through. so it was tried again, she messed it up and said that we still owed money after using the card. we explained that the payment said approved on the first try and even got us to the tip option. So instead of listening, we were made to pay for the meal twice. We told the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it but say he didn’t know what we wanted him to do about it. when i went back up to show the gift card transaction receipt he was conveniently on a conference call and no one else could help. It’s just ridiculous that no one could own up to the mistake. and went around the whole problem like nothing happened. it literally would have all been fine if the situation was handled better. but the immaturity and unprofessionalism from the manager himself was bewildering. NEVER GOING BACK. There would be no bad blood if it was handled properly. but the lack of customer service is just inexcusable and childish.

Clean and efficient! Impressed by the service tonight (11/27) compared to other recent Mexican fast food experiences I've had. Everyone on line was helpful and professional. Food came out as expected. Rice, guac and salsa were fresher than usual as well.
Online order. Ordered chips and queso and chips and chili con queso. Got a pile of cold stale chips and no queso. Sealed with a smile sticker on a receipt that shows everything in the order. Maybe next time actually look at the receipt and check that everything is in the order.

Have been to this location several times and never had a bad experience. Standard moes fare and the service has been quick whenever we went. Has ample parking and the lines move quickly even during busy times. The place is smaller than other locations but we have always found place to sit.Vegetarian options: You can build your own burrito taco or bowls and choose what you want to put in. Lot of vegetarian toppings to choose from
