Destiny was my server and she provided excellent customer service, Tim was the Chef who prepared my steak which was cooked to perfection and it had great flavor . The hostess was very nice also.The staff exceeded my expectations and treated me with respect and dignity.I will always go back every time I am in Mount Pleasant.Parking: Every time I’ve visited there has always been plenty of parking

Had dinner tonight and was so pleased with the service i received from Macie. I would honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences at an outback. She greeted us with a smile, ensured all our questions were answered, and kept our drinks filled as needed. She was exceptionally kind and outgoing and her service showed how much she cared.

The mount pleasant location far exceeded my experience and expectations from my last visit to one near Northwoods mall.Staff was friendly, courteous, and very attentive.Waitress apologized for a slight delay in our food taking longer than expected as a 10 top had been seated right before we had been, and gave a complimentary blooming onion.Even with a 10 top ordering before we did it took less than 30 minutes to get the foodFood was served within a timely manner, hot, and made correctly.Great location.

The 18oz Bone Ribeye of 30.99 was very delicious. When it comes to the service their should be more than one bar tender to work with hungry customers. The manager came up to me to see if I enjoyed the dinner or offer any contaminants. I said yes for more sweet tea, the manager did assist me. Nice teamwork for this slow day. Their was no arguments from the manager inside the bar area. I will come back to any location as I can. It's up to the customer for the taste and experience. Thanks to the manager and Hunter C as of 1/20/2024.
Such an amazing dinner experience, it was my husband birthday and Tim made it special with out knowing ! He was so professional and friendly! Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed ! Juggling a lot of other things and people , he was quick still !Thank you Tim for best service we’ve ever had at outback ever .The food was perfect and cooked the way we liked it !North Charleston and west Ashley you guys suck! Tim at the mount pleasant location made the Experience!! Thank you soo much !Ask for TIM when y’all go ! He’s there now they close at 10pm HURRY !!

Never have I had fried rubber shrimp also it was frozen. We do know the difference. The next time don't bother to staple my take out. O it won't be another Time.
