We sat in the bar area and Brandy was our waitress/bartender. This was our first time ever at P.F. Chang’s and it won’t be our last. The food was great. Best fried rice I’ve ever eaten. Brandy was very helpful and gave us some good tips. Staff was polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean.Parking: At lunch hour on a Saturday, we had no issues finding a parking spot.

Food was decent. We remember PF Chang’s being better. Not sure if it’s just the location or it’s been too long. Ate the lunch special but had to have our bill fixed at the end due to incorrect charges.

Perhaps a victim of its own hype, this was an overall disappointment. Kudos to the staff we interacted with for being nice and attentive and easy going but it's a restaurant, we're there for the food. The soup was like water and the shrimp cooked in the sink, the lettuce wraps okay but the crab ragoons less than Great Wall for $6 an order. Mongolian Beef was good but the other three entrees (kungpo chicken, changs chicken, honey shrimp) were lacking. Even the white rice was hard and clumpy and the overall culinary experience was "badly heated frozen food". Staff was great but they can't fix what's coming out of the kitchenPS stay away from the banana spring rolls

I enjoy coming here everytime I'm in town. Service could be better, but the food is always good.
Family went here for lunch, once sat we waited 20 min and no one ever came by for drinks or to say hello. Many servers and the manager passed by multiple times and still nothing. Walked back up to the hostess and let her know and she said she would get someone. 2 tables sat long after us got served but still nothing. Ask to speak to the manager and again 5 min later manager came up. Explained the situation and how these 2 tables were served and her answer “sorry, but those tables have a different server”. I asked why she walked by us multiple times and didn’t ask with no answer, so i said we will be leaving and she said snarky, Ok have a good day.

I'd give zero stars if possible, because that's the service we got.Got sat and 20 minutes later no one had even asked what we'd like to drink while we watched servers walling around and serving people who were sat after us. And the place wasn't busy.It felt as though the manager didn't care when we pointed out the facts by responding with "those were different waiters".Nto a good excuse for being neglected.
