Ordered the new Calzone Pappa Bites and they were terrible! I don’t know if it was grease, or some kind of butter but there was so much that it was practically floating in jt. It was pouring out of the sides. The single worker was friendly even though they notified me that my order was ready long before it was. (The app but they tell the app the status at the store) considering it was lunchtime during the week and they only had one customer (me) during the 30 minutes I was waiting tells me they are hurting for business.

I ordered delivery, and my order was totally incorrect and was missing 2 sodas. I called them and they did not correct the problem.The Indian girl that took the order spoke with a very thick accent that was hard to understand. She was upset with me because I couldn't understand her and asked her to repeat what she said so I could understand.I will never order from this Papa Johns Pizza location again!

NO GLOVES!! I asked if it's a requirement to wear gloves and wash your hands and the manager said no, that papa johns pizza doesn't require hands being washed before touching the food or to wear gloves! I was SHOCKED to get that response! "Wow!"We ordered delivery before a couple of nights earlier and my hubby got sick.. i didnt even think of the pizza and now im wondering if it was from these employee's dirty hands. His uniform looked so dirty.. . No refunds were allowed and so we had to take those pizzas and throw them away. His hands were touching everything!! SO DISGUSTING!! Never ordering from papa johns again!!!Why employee people that have attitudes and clearly don't want to work? And now no one has to follow food handling requirements... sad... even more sad that Papa John's doesn't even care! I wint be buying from Papa John's again until they start requiring the staff to were gloves when handling food.The health department should be notified.

Truly a top notch experience. I needed 30 pies baked same day for a school function. Our previous plan had fallen through. The manager handled the order, helped to figure out the best timing for pick up and delivered everything to my car to help me stay on time. I do these types of school functions, feeding 90 kids, often, and this was hands down the best experience by the vendor I have had this year.

This Papa Johns location is terrible. Always has been and I should know better. Relationship with Door Dash is a customer service nightmare.Ordered a pizza on Friday afternoon. Yeah, I get it I should know better. Two hours later no delivery and the "Papa Track" says my order was delivered by Door Dash. Unless they delivered an invisible pizza, "Papa Track" is not telling the truth.Called the Park West Papa Johns and was immediately put on hold for more than 5 minutes. Guy comes back on the line (he was polite and probably doing his best) and gets my info. He then says let me check on it, and then a couple of seconds later tells me he'll refund the order. No way he had time to check on it.Again, I should know better than order from this crappy company. Never ever again!!!!!!

After finally getting through the centralized operator to speak to someone at the actual store about placing a large bulk order for a team party at the recreation complex across the street, the person who answered the phone could not have been more rude. Literally refused my order and hung up on me.

It’s 1am in the morning I can’t sleep I’m so upset about my experience tonight with your staff. 4 hours for a pizza! After 2 hours I called and waited 45 minutes on hold to be hung up on. Then called papa John’s hot line to try and get a hold of someone about my order. An hour goes by and still no pizza. Call store wait another 30 minutes and no answer. Without hanging up drive up there to find over 8 employees in store. I’ve been in a lot of pizza places and never have I seen that many staff members in a pizza place so the whole understaffed comment was unnecessary by the lady at the counter. Before walking in I noticed 2 employees not even working or doing anything other then being on there phone which had me upset as I was calling them and I could see from outside they were purposely ignoring the phone and laughing about it as they could not see me see them! I walk in and was told immediately to wait as a a young girl and a young boy were giggling and looking at me. Needless to say it was very embarrassing and upsetting but I mentioned I have been waiting and before I could explain she immediately got an attitude and said she would refund me my money and no pizza or food was offered. I would’ve preferred the pizza as I have a healthy condition and really needed to eat.. let’s just say that I felt completely bullied. And yes, I stood up for myself and as they were laughing at me, I don’t like getting that upset but I have never been treated like that by people who should be in the customer service department. It has infuriated me for hours. I am so upset about this entire experience by the people that work there. Having managed restaurants for over 20 years I find this treatment of customers Highly unacceptable. I hope that I can spread the word as to help others not experience such horrible customer service by your staff. No staff should ever treat customers to the point that they have to get so angry over a pizza. Please look into some leadership books so that you can better train your staff.

0 starts wait over 3 hours, store would not answer phone. Went to drive up there after on hold for 45 minutes. Notice staff playing around and not working. So they obviously aren't busy making pizza. I also witnessed a woman upset about waiting 4 hours for her pizza. I immediately canceled my order and went across the street to dominoes as I did not wanna be treated with the same disrespect as they are treating other customers wondering where their food is. It's a shame that the owner hired such incompetent disrespectful employees. I wish I had seen all of these negative post before ordering, but hey, I know now and I can help somebody not have to hopefully go through this experience ever again Domino's it's just 15 feet away and I've always had great service in the past 20 years. I've lived in this neighborhood.

My order got messed up but they communicated and fixed it as soon as I walked in. Best customer service I’ve had at any chain restaurant/ food service for years. They staff you had in there at 8:45 PM tonight is on point.
