Ordered a large pizza online with a side of blue cheese. Went to pick it up when it was ready, associate asked my name, and I paid. She then went to the warmer asked what I had ordered. I told her, she looked in the box, and said “yup, ok here you go”. I get home and no blue cheese, that I paid extra for. Shame on me for not looking in the box before I left after the employee had just looked in there to “verify” what I ordered…

Pizza Hut, 3002 South Morgan’s Point Dr, Mt Pleasant, SC. 2 issues- this pizza was delayed, and appeared to have been held in the warmer for quite a while as it was dry, brown, and tasteless. Additionally, the previous pizza was delivered very late, so an offer of a free pizza was emailed to me in an effort to make up for it. Unfortunately, I entered my selection for the free pizza several times, but no matter how I tried, their site would not accept the promotional code. While there was nothing indicating that the free pizza was for pick up only, I can only guess this may have been the issue. If so, I can’t imagine why they would have attempted to overcome a poor delivery experience with an offer for a pick up only option. This doesn’t make up for my financial investment, and most certainly doesn’t make up for my wasted time. The bad news is they lost my business, but the good news is they saved about $30 instead of securing my lifetime business. Unbelievable. They took my order and three hours later I called (after finally getting the number of someone I could talk to) and they informed me that the order had been cancelled. They somehow tried to blame DoorDash which is not the company I called. Don't ever, ever , ever order fom this location.

I got delivered the wrong order, I called to just let them know and hopefully get everything sorted out. I got put on hold for 10 mins so I called back later and before I finished my sentence I got put on hold again. I called customer service I didn’t know what else to do. I decided I would just eat some of order I received (which was 4 pizzas, cheese sticks, and cinnamon rolls.) I swear to you I’m not making this up, two of the cinnamon rolls were eaten. I just want a refund I don’t want anything else.

We waited over an hour and a half and the pizza was never delivered.When we called in they told us that Door dash had picked it up for delivery 45 minutes ago.They told us they could remake it but that they were really busy and it would be another hour and a half. The guy on the phone was really rude.
