The bagel I got for the first time at Rubys was excellent. However, the service left some thing to be desired. When I went in there were two cash registers and four people working behind the registers and one person in front of me. Three of the people were just standing around and did not offer to help me. I had to wait until the person in front of me was finished with their order to give my order while watching the other three employees chitchat and just hang out. That was quite annoying. I will go back and try Ruby again because I liked the bagel, but I certainly would not go want to go during a time that was busy because the wait would be forever. I really hope management takes this to her and does some training.

Good bagels, but disastrous service and quality control. I put in an online order this morning. I arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. Thirty-seven minutes later, still no food. Asked someone for help, because it was clear they lost the order. He replied, “they’re still working on it.” I showed him what time I placed the order to which he replied, “sorry.” Nearly 20 minutes later, the guy hands me a bag, and says, sorry, but not in a particularly nice way. My wife and I get home to find our two bacon, egg and cheese bagels had zero bacon and a different cheese than we order on both sandwiches. “Sorry,” but Ruby’s Bagels isn’t a place I can recommend.

Delicious bagel. I crave a bagel from the northeast like many who have lived there. This place delivered.The owner was also walking around conversing with customers, wiping tables, and improving the atmosphere.Great, delicious, and inexpensive bagels. Coffee was good too.
Food was excellent and the employees were very friendly. My complaint is solely based on mistakes made on our order. They were extremely busy so we will let this one go. However, we did speak to several patrons while we were dining who Said they are always this busy on a Sunday morning.If that is the case, then I would suggest that management make sure that the counter help ensure that the orders are taken properly by reading back the order and then checking the order after the prep.Will definitely be back as I said the food and bagels were excellent and the variety just as good.

The absolute best bagels in the area hands down but the kitchen is pure chaos. They just make stuff in whatever order they feel like. This is the second time in a row I've waited an eternity for a bagel with cream cheese. 27 minutes from order to it being ready, while I watched 20+ other people who ordered after me get their food first. And no apology whatsoever for the wait. At least 2 other people asked for partial or full refunds while I was standing there for the same reason. Just completely unacceptable. Time to get a better system in place.

Always seems to be crowded, but for good reason; their bagles are delicious. This trip I had some kind of tomato Asiago bagle with bacon scallion cream cheese. Awesome. My wife had a rosemary sea salt bagle.Parking: GPS still wants to take you some strange way. This place is on the other side of the entrance it keeps taking us to, but it's worth finding.

We ended up here because it was close to the airport and we were starving after an early flight. I got a bagel + schmear & my husband got a bagel sandwich. Both were delicious as well as my honey and lavender latte. We ended up grabbing a few plain bagels to take with us for snacks. A great, unassuming stop.

I love the food at Ruby’s, but today we had a bad experience with an online order. Placed an online order because I received a 15% off incentive email, and we hadn’t had Ruby’s in a while. We placed our order around 9:30 and estimated order ready time was 9:52. We arrived at Ruby’s right around 9:52 and our order wasn’t ready yet — not an issue, as they were definitely slammed!! I was okay to wait a few minutes. However, our order was not ready until 10:30…approximately ONE HOUR after it was placed. I feel as though we could have gotten in the line that was all the way to the door when we arrived and our order would have been ready far ahead of when we received our online order. In addition, our order was not complicated — just two bagel sandwiches and a dozen bagels to take home. Super disappointed with this Ruby’s experience. Seems like they might be running too many online platforms for them to be efficient, or maybe platforms aren’t integrated well, as there were peoplewho were receiving pick up orders that were due far after ours (and even due in the future!) ahead of us.
