Tried to order at the parking spot...waited long. Proceeded to drive thru....no one ever answered. Left. Very poor service or inadequately staffed. No I do not want to reach out to the franchise owner, as from the additional reviews here...the franchise owner does not care.

There is always a cone in the drive thru to block it off, so I pull in to a spot to order. The screens never work and when I press the order button, I have to wait like 5 minutes before anyone takes my order. After I order, I usually end up waiting another 10 minutes. Also, it’s NEVER busy! I’m always either the only person there or one of like 3. Please tell me why it always takes so long??

I had a big order and the people messed it up after many repetitions and then the manager didn't want to fix their screw up..so my daughter and 2 sons did not get their fries with their order and I had already paid for the food and the manager had a big attitude...Will not ever stop there again.. do not recommend

I ordered ahead with a drink and a small chicken and checked in 15 minutes later. I arrived at 2:30. It took an hour before i got my order at 3:30. I noticed that they immediately "clear" the order and say someone is on their way immediately after checking in and you still wait half an hour. If you cannot fulfill a fast food order in an hour because of lack of staff you should tell your patrons or close.

After coming here for years out of convenience it has gone wayyy downhill, don't bother getting a coffee from here because it will taste like garbage and you will not want to drink it at all, they dont fill the food containers up so really you just get a small or medium if you order a large of anything. And they will never give you your sauces if you ask for them at the window or even when you put them on togo/online orders. They honestly just like to waste everyones time it seems like and we have seen multiple employees get into literal fights here and its so ridiculous.
They can't give you hot coffee, 2 creamers and 2 Splendas. They just can't. Three times in a row. Once they said they did not have coffee. I said I would wait. They insisted they didn't have any. I said to take a cold brew andheat it. They refused. The next time, same thing. This time they did not have a single creamer. Really? Also, dead cold coffee. Dead cold. I only come for the breakfast burrito but without the coffee, I really can't eat it.
