I hate writing reviews, but this one is nothing compared to the Long Point Starbucks or any other ones in the Charleston area. The customer service here is just sad. I understand annoying customers and rude customers, but literally waiting for a drink for 15/20 mins while no one asks even what’s your name or what are you waiting on, and just not interacting with the customers is just not good service. I understand when it is busy there’s no time and you have to get your job done, but there’s 3 cars in the drive through and 5 people in the cafe, drinks shouldn’t take 20 mins. And the workers look sad to be here. I can’t wait for long point to finish their renovations, cause this Starbucks is a joke.

Chelsea who identified herself as the manager was very unhelpful and unprofessional handling an incorrect door dash order. Offered no way of making it right when it was wrong on their end, not door dash.

I am a doordash driver. I cannot believe I watched 12 people walk in after me and all their orders get prioritized before mine. I have lost money because of this establishment, management, do better. A bunch of rich kids..

My daily stop on my way to work - the staff is always SO friendly & helpful. Their energy & overall vibe always gets in me in a good mood. They also have the quickest drive thru lane I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup order. 2 customers inside, 6 people working, 4 people in drive thru line. Baristas were overheard saying that they were going to make us wait because of where we were parked. 3/4 drinks were made incorrectly.

I order an Doopio espresso, matcha cold foam & 2 pumps of white mocha for myself & 2 of my co worker order the same thing but when they came & pick up the order, my orderWas 1/2 way full compared to my co-workers. I called to ask them why & the girl keep on saying it's a standard order. She blame on the ice & the foam melts after a while but from my work to that Starbucks place was only a 5 minutes drive away. I will never go back & order from there again.. I love Starbucks & my drinks were always right & the service was wonderful but at this time this Starbucks service was bad...
