We travel all over the US and are sushi hounds, This is one of the very best restaurants we’ve found in our travels. The fish is outstanding and fresh, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was delightful. To top it off the prices are so reasonable, we feasted after playing pickleball all morning and the tab was $85 which included a large hot sake. Our top picks are: Kani salad, ama ebi, salmon and the flounder (all nigiri). Honestly my only critique is the flimsy napkins and if that’s the only thing wrong they are doing an amazing job. The space is very bright and clean with comfortable seating and low music which makes it easy to have a conversation. Do not miss an opportunity to dine here.Parking: Plenty of parking in this plaza

Not our first visit, but probably our last. Early Friday evening, small space, almost full. Ordered appetizer that we could clearly see was ready on the sushi line, but not delivered until after entrees came. Shortly after miso soup arrived, we, along with another table were instructed to move from table to booth to accommodate large party. Ordered golden curry, expecting traditional yellow curry soup with potatoes and other vegetables. Got stir fry veggies in an extremely salty curry paste. Inedible. Both entrees came without rice, we were never asked which type of rice we wanted. Requested a new dish. Picked something simple and quick, veggie hibachi. Got a plate of mainly carrots, onions and a couple of sad broccoli florets drowining in soy sauce. Again, no rice. As I stated before, not going back.

I absolutely love this place. It is my go-to for sushi on the go in Mount Pleasant. The customer service is excellent! And if you like gobo, they have that here too.

Very prompt and friendly service. The sushi was fantastic and the miso soup was the best we’ve had in a long time! General Tao chicken wasn’t too spicy which can be tricky! Definitely recommend this spot!! Family all left very full and it didn’t break the bank!

My family and I have been regulars for over a decade. It is unquestionably the best sushi in town. No one else comes close. And it transcends the food-the ambiance, the service, the presentation, the price points and cleanliness are all top shelf.Recommended rolls-Makimoto, Tuna Amazing, Taro Signature, Naruto, Black Jack

The sushi chef is obviously dedicated to culinary excellence. The hibachi chef... Well I didn't eat the hibachi shrimp fried rice because the shrimp looked RAW.

Honestly I didn’t even know this place existed. It’s tucked away in a mall I usually don’t go to much, but what a gem! I got take out so I can’t comment on the dine In experience. The to-go service was very respectful and the food was packaged exceptionally well. The sushi tasted good and was fairly priced. I must admit the Angel hair noodles were less than impressive, so I might try something different next time. That said, I’ll definitely be going back!
