Just left here both the ice and soda machine didn't work no signs to tell u drinks will be warm not cold both of burritos we're half filled and I never got my remakes cause they said they're busy but an employee can be in the kitchen eating peanut m&ms? Get your stuff

We moved to the Charleston area from Seattle recently and pretty much every fast food restaurant we have been to has been a bad experience until we came to this Taco Bell. Customer service was great, very friendly and the food was very well prepared and hot. Definitely look forward to visiting this location again.Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian friendly options.

Dave C and whoever else was back there cooking… crushing it. He had a very positive attitude. It’s been a while since I’ve felt like everything was properly made, but today they did it. Borderline like the picture, someone back there knows how this stuff is supposed to be made. These are the flavors Taco Bell intended. Great job today. Seriously, please give these people a raise or something.

Attempted to have lunch here today. The lack of customer service was amazing. Attempted to place an order at the counter, and was directed to go to a kiosk as it was too much trouble for the four people behind the counter on their phones doing nothing to take an order. After hunting and packing the menu on the kiosk, I made a selection. It was not the selection that I was looking for, but could not seem to find this item on the menu. The kiosk only takes credit cards and I wanted to pay cash. I asked one of the three employees who were all huddled around a meal if the kiosk took cash. The employee said no, and directed me to go to the counter. I said, never mind I would just go to McDonald’s and Left.

It’s 2023 and 6pm on a Friday night and they locked their doors, with the dining rooms closed. Can yall please stop being lazy and open up your dining rooms, or at least post a signage letting people know you don’t like to welcome people inside.

I'm raising my rating to 5 stars. This used to be the worst taco bell, but I went in today and it's like an entirely different place. The orders were served fast. I met the new General Manager, Dave. I'll definitely be coming back more often now. Congrats!

The owner has given up on this place and so should you. Inside is never open yet it lets your order for inside pickup on the app. Rolled up at 6pm last weekend after ordering on the app, worker outside said sorry, only two people here and we aren’t cooking. I said I ordered on the app but I got nothing. So then an hour later the app still charged me and said it was ready. Customer service for corporate is just as bad as this franchise so I had to dispute it through my credit card. The food is usually fine, but avoid ordering on the app and just hope people decided to show up to work that day.
