What a ripoff!! Almost $12 for a small cup of Frozen Yogurt. It has been a while since I had some, so decided to head over for a quick treat. Went to the counter to pay and was shocked to see close to $12 for a small cup with no toppings. The gal at the counter was great but I wont be back at those prices. Im surprised they are still in business!

employee benjamin marhefka is the number one most dedicated tcby worker. give this man a raise right now. the establishment was sparkling clean when i visited and he was working. all the flavors tasted a thousand times better than every other time i've been there. maybe it was his incredible charisma or special aura, but that was the best frozen yogurt i've ever had. i will definitely be back but i will be immediately leaving if benjamin marhefka isn't working.

The frozen yogurt itself tastes fine, but it is WAY too expensive! We paid $11 for two cups that were *maybe* half-full, and that was AFTER we got 6 ounces total free– it would have come out to $16 without the two coupons we got from the library's summer reading program (and they almost wouldn't accept one of them, despite there being no printed terms stating you can't use two coupons in one order– it's not like they're actually going to suffer a loss from that, and we have TWO kids. We ordered TWO cups. So we should be able to use TWO coupons!). This is completely not okay. It's not like the yogurt is especially good, and there are much better places to get frozen treats in the area. Or you could go to a store and buy frozen yogurt yourself for much less. Either way, there's no compelling reason to visit here.

Walked in with our family of five at 8:40 PM. We immediately felt unwelcome when they reminded us they closed in 20 minutes. We almost slipped and fell because the floors and already been mopped (no caution wet floor signs), and the chairs had been put away. As soon as we exited the building at 8:48 they lock the door behind us. Sharing in hopes the manager can counsel their employees.

I would actually give it 0 stars but that is not an option here. The employees were rude. I went there with my small dog to get a fro-yo and sit outside. They stepped in front of me right when I walked in and wouldn't allow me in with my dog. There was no one in there. The proceeded to tell me I had to leave because I had my dog they would not allow me to just quickly purchase something and they did not offer to take my order and get me any thing at all. They told me just to leave my dog outside. I was not going to leave my dog outside and I told them this is ridiculous because most places allow dogs inside or at least outside on their patio. They did not offer me a solution other than to just leave my dog by herself outside. There was no one in the place which this rude behavior and lack of concern for business or customers is exactly why they were completely empty on a beautiful evening. Ban this place and go somewhere where they want your business.

Wife had a hankering for SOFT SERVE so we drove over to COOP on IOP, arriving just minutes after they closed for the day at 6pm. UGH! It's not like the Low Country is known for its SOFT SERVE stores, so we wracked our brains for ideas. TURBO CONE? Lousy parking, expensive and bland. PASS. COSTCO? Chocolate or Vanilla only. PASS. YE OLD ICE CREAM? No SOFT SERVE. PASS. Then my wife had a brainstorm and yells "TCBY". "Are they still in business?" I respond. Turns out there's one in Mount Pleasant according to our late model Samsung Galaxy smartphones. We head over to MTP, find a spot in their oddly designed parking lot and enter the store. We're the only customers (red flag). It's been at least 25 years since either of us stepped foot in a TCBY. Now it's entirely self-serve, even the toppings and it's OMG EXPENSIVE! A family of four could go to a River Dogs game and be fed for less money than it costs to buy TCBY. Live and learn! But what drove us absolutely bonkers, was the fact that THERE WAS A TIP JAR ON THE COUNTER! Repeat...TCBY is entirely SELF-SERVE. There is literally nothing for the employee to do to warrant a tip. Unless WEIGHING YOUR CUP and GIVING YOU A RECEIPT is something you would consider tipping. Talk about CHUTZPAH! So we left the store, sat on a bench outside, and ate our last TCBY in silence.

Brought the kids here as a surprise treat, but didn’t even make it into the store as the only employee working, was standing right in front of the door smoking. Pretty repulsive to have to walk through puffs of smoke to get frozen yogurt.

The only shining light of Mt Pleasant TCBY's are the employees. No taster cups anymore? No Nutella as a topping? The onlu fruits look like they came from a can in the 1800's. Television that once played fun children cartoons turned off for good. Quality control has fallen away from what was once a place you'd find a fresh fun atmosphere.

The Froyo is always amazing and the employees are nice too. Presley checked me out today and was very nice 8/13/22

The yogurt was good. Two small cups with yogurt and some toppings turned out to be 20 bucks. I understand inflation has hit but good lord that's insane.

The strawberry was disgusting and a waste of almost $6 because it went straight into the trash. It tastes like sugar and chemicals—nothing at all like TCBY did when I was a kid. Won’t be returning to any TCBY for overpriced, chemical filled frozen yogurt.
