First time ordering. The wrap was okay but very forgettable. The Asian salad was sad... Out of a bag and very little dressing. Not worth the $$. They have an issue with their exhaust. You will smell like food if you eat in the dining room.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 1165 Oakland Market Road, Mount Pleasant, SC is wonderful! The food is very fresh, we love the smoothies, salads and wraps. We order using the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app and our food is always ready on time. We like that in the app we can easily add or remove ingredients to customize our order the way we would like it, The staff at this location is helpful and friendly.

You think of their smoothies, but it's easy to forget that their food is really good as well. They also have a good kids menu. The food is always good every time I am there, but Mount Pleasant is a hard to place to find help, so the teenagers working there can be inconsistent. Sometimes service is great, other times not.

Okay so I just left this place without anything because the cashier said she couldn't take my $50 because they have had so many counterfeits I'm like really that's why most restaurants have a pen for that I guess she didn't want our service not to mention she looked rather high to me. Just wondering how many $20 are y'all willing to loose because you don't want the customer or not make change . I won't be visiting again because I really wanted what I order and only had cash.

Did online order, thankfully. Had I walked in there trying to order, they would’ve ignored me. They didn’t acknowledge me or anything and I said hello. I went straight to the pick up and got my food and smoothie. They didn’t say anything, for all they know, I could have been stealing. Not cool. March 27, 2023 around 5:20p. It was a boy and girl with sandy like hair color. The boy hair was short cut. The girl had a ponytail. Check the schedule and hold them accountable. Please train them on customer service. They are going to cause y’all to loose money. I was hesitant to come to this location because I saw other reviews that stated your employees ignores customers. Do something about it.

Smoothie was a nice size but somewhat tasteless. Grilled chicken salad was bad. Microwaved chicken and bland dressing. Young Lady at the counter was nice seemed somewhat confused with menu. Unfortunately, I will not be back
The 3 stars is due to inconsistent experiences over a few years time....I wanna love it, but pending who is behind the smoothie magic, it may or may not be good. So sad. I really, REALLY want to support the entrepreneurs and small businesses....

Quality has diminished greatly over the past 2 years. I love the food but every time I've ordered something over the past 2 years (which is still often), something in the order has been wrong and it's getting to the point where I am unable to eat my entree due to the errors.

They no longer answer the phone. I was a frequent customer until recently. I called on several occasions to order but now, they don't answer. The phone rings and then hangs up. This has been the case for several months. They just ignore the ring.
