Me and my girlfriend love coming here on our lunch breaks (we work around the corner) and being greeted by CJ (Window Cashier) and he is always so so nice and welcoming. He provides excellent service and always has a smile on his face. Anytime there may be a discrepancy in our order, he works very quickly to resolve it. This man deserves to be in a management position or a huge raise!

If there was an award for laziest and most obtuse employees, this location would receive it. Normally I would not waste my energy writing a review, but I must! I was very polite the entire time I was there, so this review does not reflect my attitude toward fellow customer service employees. I asked for 1 singular sauce (FREE by the way, according to the app and every mobile order I’ve ever made) and instead of giving me it as he was about to do, you could see his mind change and say it’s 30 cents. And then proceeded to ring me up for cheese sauce (I asked for ghost pepper ranch). I’m not mad over 30 cents, I’m mad over having the audacity to CONSCIOUSLY charge certain customers for something that is free.
the staff here corrected something that happened weeks ago, without a hitch. very professional staff you have here.

Lazy staff. I got there at 12:30 and ordered a #11 and they gave me a plain chicken sandwich. Absolute trash. The only reason that location is still in business is because there are so few late night options in Mt. P.It’s Cookout only moving forward. 3rd time this month Wendy’s screwed up my order but had no problem charging me for everything correctly.
Cashier is so nice here, eveey time! Food is typically good and order correct.
